But who would not want to retire early by making multiple source of income in current scenario and retire early and chill in his life rather than slogging? Everyone wants freedom. Surgical lines are fantastic but at the end of the day, you have only 1 human life to live.
Sir kindly learn about the market scenario . I think you live in an extremely poor state where doctors are paid extremely less. In my city which is tier 2 mbbs earns . 70-80k in a pvt hospital

Sir , this time I scored 14k rank in neet pg My dream branch is ANESTHESIA (since it is closely related to critical care and interventions and also a good source of money by freelancing) At my rank MD anesthesia is possible from any of the best colleges of West Bengal ,but here MD is associated with 3yr bond... So, should I do MD anesthesia with best possible medical college with all subspeciality departments in west Bengal with 3yr bond and 50k stipend ?? Or Should I do DNB anesthesia form Railway Hospital of west Bengal with no bonds and 1 Lakh stipends but with few lesser subspeciality departments and less patient load ??

He is anesthesiologist,so he is recommending anaesthesia too.But in reality only broad speciality branch that can give guaranteed good quick earning is radiology.Even a dumb radiologist earns a lot.
