Sir I've been watching your videos for a long time now. Really like what you're doing for us. Especially grateful for this one. Continue growing and guiding.
Thank you sir for your guidance, this is best level of advice and the way you should approach towards life to balance profession and finance I have seen.
Thank u sir for giving insights on most practical aspects which is not thought during our MBBS/MD. Also please make a video on entrepreneurship opportunities for anesthesiologists.
Sir one should prefer to do govt job with 1.2 lakh salary with job security or do a post graduation with non clinical branch. What should be the approach
Sir how about living the life at young age? Like we gonna get married at a certain age before that can't we have the bash? Usually our parental generation used to think this way of saving and saving and saving! Where will you take that money with when you die?? In the end you'll end up giving it up for your children right? You worked hard your life wasted hours and hours in life for what? Just to give to your children? Sir its long time we think about ourselves and our happiness which we get by getting car or a home or an expensive vacation.
11:57 I disagree here While yes it could happen It’s always more wise and important to be involved in what you invest in At some point the job isn’t going to help you much it will reach a limit Knowing stocks and investing will change your life I’m not Indian or from India but I think this is the right mindset.
Thanks for such a informative video sir. I have 1 doubt; even though you did mention about saving up for a crisis, but what about a health insurance to the doctor themself and their family. what would you recommend for that sir?
It is already reduxed in tier 1 cities. Situation for radio & lab branches are like that 1 seal is used for multiple labs.. ! Everyone wants cost cutting. Every health care establishments business wants to run with min. No of staff & encash max output. Due to overt saturation in every business
Already in Bangalore radio is super saturated many of my seniors working for 1.3 lakh and my cousin in jss mysore he is working for 80k as an sr in radiology.in Bangalore 3 yrs back radio was paid more than 2.5 lakh but now it has drastically decreased main reason is many private clgs in Karnataka increased radio seats to get more money as it is a high demand branch and my ug clg kiims bangalore had only 2 radio seats 3 yrs back but after 3 yrs now they are having 18 radio seats
Systematic investment does build wealth. However treating yourself with certain luxuries is also necessary , it does act a motivation to keep going. Also starting your own individual practice is also needed, as it provides autonomy and created your own patient clientele, which is the biggest return on investment as a doctor
Very good briefing. I started earning from 21 and with prudence in savings and investment I am able to retire by 48 years. Now I am 51. I endorse your method.
