I feel like even though it is technically a huge difference I’ve never had a problem with Itzy’s distribution cuz all the members are really highlighted. Well ok, at times I’ve been annoyed at Lia and Chae not getting as many lines as they should, not that Lia doesn’t have lines but I felt like she wasn’t being used properly as a main vocal, but altogether I think it’s really good. Even if Ryujin doesn’t get as many lines hers are always killing parts, totally iconic and she stands out like crazy, same with Yuna. And that excuse sometimes bothers me when people use it to justify a super small amount of lines like with Shuhua or Onda, but 15 seconds is actually quite good for groups who actually have bad line distribution, so I feel like even if Yeji has a lot the smaller numbers of lines have never actually been super low. And Chae and Lia have been shining like crazy recently too so I really feel like Itzy’s songs showcase all the members really well.

Thankfully Sneakers finally has Lia at the top and the line distribution isn't as bad. It could be better for a five member group but JYPE has always managed to give a member their moment so that it doesn't feel off unlike other groups (i.e Everglow).

I don't think the line distribution is bad personally. You can't give everyone EQUAL lines but still everyone gets to shine. I never feel like someone was overshined in an ITZY MV or performance.
Voltage may look bad but when you listen to it all the members are very prevalent. I think each member gets a killing part in voltage which makes it very fun to listen to.
I've never had a problem with ITZY's Line distribution, members who don't get much lines such as Ryujin, Chaeryeong and maybe sometimes Lia make up for it, Ryujin gets a lot of screentime in their MV and she's also centre, Lia may not get alot of line in TT but she gets alot of in their Bsides and album same with chaeryeong. The only problem is sometimes I think Chaeryeong deserves more screen time for her lines and obviously the centre dancer break that we've been waiting for since Debut but never got.

You can have by miles the highest time amount of lines yet only had sung some non memorable repetetive gibberish or had very little but very high quality memorable lines. Sure to a degree it should be somewhat fair compared to positions/roles, but quantity =/= quality.

lia deserves more vocal heavy songs and screentime, ryujin deserves an actual rap that is Good and powerful to showcase her skills, chaeryeong deserves screentime, center time, and a dance break for once. :/

So many ppl may say their line distributions are unfair and yes some of them are but at least all the members have proper lines and time to shine in their songs which is actually pretty rare when you think about it they all have +13 secs every song which is great but ofc it gets a little unfair when one member has like a minute but still everyone gets their time to shine which I'm happy about

Jyp have no responsibilitys for Main vocal and Main dancer nor main rapper they give Yuna more popular rap being visual, give Lia more screen being main vocal but give less then lead vocal , being main rapper Ryujin get dance break and Yeji and Chae being main dancer get dance break very few but get more lines

Thankfully Sneakers finally has Lia at the top and the line distribution isn't as bad. It could be better for a five member group but JYPE has always managed to give a member their moment so that it doesn't feel off unlike other groups (i.e Everglow).

I don't think the line distribution is bad personally. You can't give everyone EQUAL lines but still everyone gets to shine. I never feel like someone was overshined in an ITZY MV or performance.

I've never had a problem with ITZY's Line distribution, members who don't get much lines such as Ryujin, Chaeryeong and maybe sometimes Lia make up for it, Ryujin gets a lot of screentime in their MV and she's also centre, Lia may not get alot of line in TT but she gets alot of in their Bsides and album same with chaeryeong. The only problem is sometimes I think Chaeryeong deserves more screen time for her lines and obviously the centre dancer break that we've been waiting for since Debut but never got.

Trainees or artist have to fight for their part, if not, who suit the best voice to the certain part of the song will be tested by the producer and lyrics maker in a studio room. That's how they distribute it and not by favoritism 🙂

Time means only so much to everyone wondering about that. You can have by miles the highest time amount of lines yet only had sung some non memorable repetetive gibberish or had very little but very high quality memorable lines. Sure to a degree it should be somewhat fair compared to positions/roles, but quantity =/= quality.
Swipe = Masterpiece so our queen Chaeryeong needs more lines.. thats what I got from this.
