Their 3d print tracks is great
I find its best to use a razor saw to remove the 3d printed parts without damaging the part😁
I use an ultrasonic cutter
Be careful though, I have their open clamps type 1 for German afv and I won’t argue that the detail is incredible but they can be difficult to keep in one piece removing them. Very very delicate so for some items PE might be a better solution.
These all look great, only concern i have is most modelers i know like to bend the grille mesh covers in some around the support. Which is easier in PE. So those might not sell as well as they could if they where pre worn etc.
Great point!
Most definetly. I also like to tear chunks out of the pe but you cant do that with resin.
Darn, and I just finished my A34 Comet. I'll be watching out before I start my next kit.
Their 1/16 stuff is also great but prices are crazy.
I used a set of the panzer 4 tracks, much better than cast metal and very realistic look.
I've never heard of wintrerketten for the kettenkrad... I'm tempted to put them on the Das Werk/Amusing Hobby Rutscher
Those detail parts look so good makes me want to go out and buy a Comet kit! And I model Formula One!
Impressive detail in 3D printed parts,. Amazing 😱😎
Exciting after market stuff Andy thank you, Encore Andy!!!
Awesome, Andy.
WOWSERZ😱😱😱😱‼️‼️Thanks Andy and Have a Blessed Wknd Yourself 🤗 Gary.
The mesh is terrific!
Would be nice to see you do the Tamiya Comet with these new aftermarket parts.
Thank you.
T-rex should do a set of idler wheels for the tamiya U.S. halftracks, since the kit parts don't have the cutouts.
The do (not sure if for Tamiya or DML). They also have the main track wheels bogy and tracks.
Thanks Andy, never heard of Trex before, The detail is stunning. I'm off now to their website. Hope they deliver to UK
Groovy stuff !
Look really nice.
When your cat (Tiger, Panther, Leopard, Puma, etc) wants to accessorize themselves, send them to Andy's Hobby Headquarters for some snazzy items by t-rex.
Great quality!
Great looking product. I need a track set for the MENG M1 Abrams tank.
Amazing..!!!
Great video.
I am thrilled with the technology that has expanded the scale modeling world. A lot of Love/Hate elements to it as I love & hate CA glue. I love & hate 3-D filament plastic. I love & hate resin aftermarket products that are poured resin. I love & hate Photo Etch. I love & hate all products made from ABS plastic. I love & hate resin in any form. I love & hate using an air brush. And I love & hate to do rigging. Despise tiny parts that could have just been molded on. The parts you say out loud "Big Deal" once you get it attached.
Back in my day ( ! ) we were lucky to have Verlinden..... Now with all these 3d print, detailing can be fantastic, as your videos from Japan show. I also wonder if Sci-Fi modellers could make use of some of these parts.....and is it a fond farewell to Photo-etch...?
*ESTE CANAL ES UNiCO LO TiENE TODOOOOO ES GENiAL GRACiAS*
Their detail parts are amazing but I couldn't get the tracks to fit right on my Dragon Stug III. They seemed too tight & the smaller tracks are easy to break.
These look great! I tried a 3D printed set from MIG and I was not happy at all with it. It was a tool set for US Tanks and the scale was wrong, parts not properly or fully printed. They were a mess. Thankfully the seller gave me a refund, though I think MIG should've been on the hook. I won't buy another of their sets, but I'd certainly give T-Rex a good hard look prices not withstanding. The prices have to be reasonable. If they are these are a go.
The detail is amazing, but some of them look extremely fragile.
I wish you would do a video of how to cut resin molds from the sprues
If you live in the UK AFV Modeller has T-Rex . Now these and Heavy Hobby do have some very nice sets. As per another comment the thing with T-Rex tracks especially the Tiger I sets are the guide teeth are way to brittle where as the HH tracks far more sturdy I have found. If anyone has the Border Models Mobilewagen then Heavy Hobby has an excellent set for that kit especially the spent shell basket 😉
Mouthwatering!
I just must be unlucky because both of the track set I purchased from you needed clean and with the Luch's set of tracks, most of the pins were unusable. The Ferdinand set didn't have enough of tracks w/o guide horns. Both sets needed considerable cleanup.
I wish they would make Lee/Grant light guards
The T-Rex 3D printed accessories are brilliant, Andy.
I'm a bit confused by the panther grills. I assume they shouldn't be used on kits that already have the vent molded into the upper hull. In that case, just the PE mesh is preferred.
Wow!
Fantastic products but at present a lot of this stuff costs more than the plastic kit. Hopefully costs will come down
I don't see the Comet accessories on the website. In fact, no listing for UK tank accessories at all for trex. I found Soviet T34 tank treads, but not under WW2. They were under Modern era.
Just type comet in search bar and they all come up.
how do the tracks go together? maybe a video suggestion.
What kits are the grills designed to fit without major surgery?
Man, what kinda 3d printer makes stuff that fine?
These look great Andy! Do they make any aftermarket add-ons for your 1/16 AFV kits?
Panzerwerk release 3D print workable tracks for 1/16 m4a3e8 sherman
AFV Modeler from UK make lots of sets for that Tiger and some for the Sherman.
huh, is it just me or do the kettenkrad wheels have a printing error? however, rest is looking phenomenal
Hey Andy, do you ship internationally ie to Singapore?
Does T Rex make aftermarket things for Huey UH-1 helicopters? I'm looking for seats and door gunner accessories to change a gunship into a troop carrier.
I have no experience with printed parts. would someone comment on how fragile they are to work with. For example, what are my chances of adding the front assembly on to my 1/35 Kettenkrad and having the wire to the headlight be intact when I am finished?
👍👍👍👍
Not even a ink to the guys? I can't find them.
You can find them on our site andyshhq.com
⭐🙂👍

AFV......???
Armored fighting vehicles
Stop freebasing the adrenaline shots.....get some sleep! I can't keep up with all the videos now. We go from famine to feast, I see.
t-rex is garbage...i grabbed some of their 50 cal,mg42/34 etc...complete garbage.a lot of it is printed in clear resin and it doesn't become clearly apparent just how bad this rubbish is until primer is added.most of it looks worse than the kit parts they were intended to replace.steer clear.
What are you talking about
@@SLICK-GLN I'm talking about the poor quality of trex 3d printed parts. They are rubbish.
⭐🙂👍
