However, for service-based businesses like dental practices, it becomes more challenging. In this scenario, a patient may fill out a contact form or call the practice to inquire, whether they are a cold or hot lead. But we often don’t know what happens after that, as many dental practices don't keep records of how patients found them. For example, if we run a campaign for dental implant treatments and count every lead as a conversion or confirmed lead, the ROI we calculate may be completely inaccurate because it’s possible that not every leads were actually booked. Some people might have just inquired and then left. We can't accurately calculate ROI without client involvement, and there is one variable that they might provide incorrect data. Some dental practices use booking systems and CRMs, which help track how patients book appointments, the status of those appointments, and the treatments they received. But in other industries, this remains a big challenge. Could you please share your knowledge and experience on how to address this issue? Thanks.

If a company is associated with us as our client and we as digital marketers are able to give them very high ROAS but their internal sales team is not performing well and due to which company is not getting desired ROI or even if they are getting good ROI but they are lying, then how to make them understand this thing and get to the solution ?
Elaborate them once, give them a clear statement about this..if still they don't understand then do your work and leave the company..it's better to move away then work with these type of people (experienced hu )
