I personally love this format. It was the first format that got my BF into magic and the flavour is a massive win. I've played better draft formats mechanically, but I'd give it an overall 8/10.
I'm glad you're doing more regular WOE drafts :) I don't personally have an interest in gaining or playing with Alchemy cards, so getting more examples of much more intelligent drafts than mine help a lot :D Thanks Nummy for your fun & great content! I really really love drafting green main, splashing all colors with bombs that I can draft!
If you’re just trying to learn, there really isn’t much different between regular and alchemy drafts. If anything you might learn more because regular woe rares are around a little more since the alchemy ones get picked first.
I actually think a single gnawing crescendo is so critical in these decks. It really hammers in damage or converts with these rat decks that can always get pretty wide.
Wheeling a Lord Skitter's Butcher and getting it as pack 2 pick 10 is ridiculous. That pack only had 2 black cards, and the 2nd one (Not Dead) wheeled as well. Black was completely open.
Last game Nummy goes: "I'm going to keep this and if we lose, it's my own doing" And then 4 turns later "oh well... opponent drew well" 😂😂😂 It's ok Nummy, we've all been there
I'd didn't like this format very much. I felt like it was kinda mediocre. It's probably better than ONE and New Capena, but every other format I've played in the last 3 or 4 years is above it.
@@jarrettcarpenter3155it’s in quick draft literally right now lol. I didn’t care for ONE but I loved SNC even though everyone hated on it. I love formats where splashing is easy so I can capitalize on getting passed random bombs
This format is probably a bottom 5 set for Limited since they began Premier draft. But that is just my opinion. Regardless, thanks for the content, always good.
I also think so. If they removed the Recruiter that just wins games for whoever drew it, it would be like an average format. But as is, it's just mediocre.
“I’m gonna yolo this hand and if we lose it’s my own doing”

no one could have seen this coming

I don´t mind the detours into alchemy/constructed/older draft sets but i'm glad we're back to normal WOE.
So true

Well, he kept the hand looking for a swamp, which he found, so op just drew extremely well.
13:52 Emancipation would've been ez 7 wins in this deck :)
I expected a quick 7-0 win. That decks was nuts to the balls
This feels like the same deck I just had. I took Lich..and never cast it lol.
This format is one of my favourite along with Zendikar Rising and Dominaria United.
He called the blue mythic "40 gems" what does this mean? Can anyone explain?
When you have 4 copies of a mythic and take it in draft, it turns into 40 gems after the draft.
I’ve had a similar experience with rats 💀
Game 1, actually funny how op chooses not to block when it's safe and decides to block the turn you draw the burn !
Great content.
Bellowing bruiser is so Underrated in this format
You’re a 9/10 RUclipsr for the 5/10 formats
Rats 🐭

Everyone hates ONE and h miss it

I really enjoy format.
I too enjoy it but dislike the power level in uncommons.

"rats"
Second to last opponent played insufferably slow, really ruins the experience of both watching and playing.
