Sir aadukira parkalai oonum seiya mudiyaathu. Unghalukku kandippagha gum issues or some other issue irukkum .so pls consult with nearby dentist and periodontist .

Rajan dental is totally money minded. The doctor said he will operate on my cousin in a single siting with sedation.
Luckily, we took him to Acharya's clinic and he has been saved

There is too little information in your comment to give a precise answer, however dental operations under sedation in a single session are quite common in European clinics, and I would encourage Rajan Dental to continue in this way, as it means less visits and sedation for the patient overall.
