If you are a good person with good intentions and treated people with love and kindness, then yes you need to hold yourself in high esteem because that is valuable and anyone who uses, takes, abuses etc - it's too bad, so sad for them. They lose with their petty games because they don't get access to your beautiful self anymore and trust me, they will feel it.

Pile 1. It was spot on. We broke up 4 months ago, he’s really a people pleaser and he manipulated me to make me fall in love with him. He cheated on me, he was on dating apps all the time. I remember he used to complain that his friends didn’t care about him and he has a lot of stress because of his family. Basically, he lied he wanted a serious relationship but he just wants time pass relationships.
