Byrnecut put our new MT65 Minetruck - the world's largest carrying capacity underground truck - through its paces over a 2000 hour performance trial at Gwalia in WA.
I worked on the first prototype at Atlas Copco Wagner Mining manufacturing plant in Portland, Oregon USA over 25 years ago. Glad to see they’ve improved the truck since then. But the general configuration still remains the same for the most part. I worked in final assembly and engineering prototype area as a diesel mechanic. I did axles with installation of the SHAR brakes on the Clark axles , engines , driveline manufacturing, hydraulic cylinders, everything but the electrical systems. That was a long time ago now.
Pro: good reliable truck, comfortable, not noisy inside cons : get ready to have your ears bleed out because of the foot retarder. And good luck going down ramp with a load. Transmission gonna overheat and noo time.

It’s called “Gwalia” there’s a typo on the title
I always wonder how such things are missed and then almost never fixed.
