This is a great song and it most definitely can apply to women who take their man for granted, push him away and refuse to listen to what he has to say. When a woman constantly shots her man down, criticizes him and finds all kinds of faults with him...she sets herself up for a loss, especially if he is a great guy. One day when she is with another guy who is less kind and brutal, she will realize that the man she had, although flawed, loved her and only wanted her admiration and respect. So, she will realize what she had and what she lost!

JP Hannon Todd Terry has a long and diverse career. The “missing” sound was hot at the time, so he ran with it. But if you check his remixes for Bjork, the Cardigans and Kylie Minogue that also came out in the mid to late 90s they are quite different
