Awful and confusing, when it need not be! 2 kingdom's = Luther, theology 3 estate = is social scientific way to analyze society (not that these two were mutually exclusive, Luther was a professor after all. The Taliban of his day. )

I like how you mentioned that Luther supported the idea of bishops.
And he was quite historically sound on that. The start of everything after the apostles was probably collegiates of bishops
