Ah, beautiful Biba. If only I still had my Biba dresses, I remember them vividly and the long,suede Biba boots. I believe Biba sparked my love of art deco and 1930s fashion. All the Biba shops were the stuff of dreams but the Church St one was my favourite, with Bus Stop just a few shops along.
This department store was AMAAAZING WOUAH! I'm old enough to remember, I went there in 1973 with my best friend.. I would have loved to buy everything! My friend Dominique, she bought a lot of stuff, I, just make up and a pleated skirt , And we had dinner in the nice Artdeco restaurant! Great memories!
