- Politically, this last week has been one of the worst ever for President Joe Biden. His debate performance last Thursday was widely panned, but the response from his campaign, allies, and the White House somehow managed to make matters worse.
Post-debate, blame has been placed everywhere and anywhere. The president’s closest allies are urging Biden to prove that his performance was an isolated incident. Alarmingly, the White House and Biden gave contradictory answers when asked whether Biden saw a doctor after the debate. The White House press secretary stated he did not, while Biden claimed just a few hours later that he did.
Now, Team Biden is scrambling to provide new opportunities for the president to prove himself.
Questions about Biden’s physical stamina for a vigorous campaign and his ability to do the job if re-elected have been repeatedly raised over the past seven days, with no satisfying answers forthcoming.
Biden was supposed to put these concerns to rest at last week’s debate. Now, his team is organizing more public events and interviews to showcase his capabilities. His first major test will be an interview with ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos on Friday, airing as a prime-time special.
This high-stakes chat with Stephanopoulos could help ease, but not stop, the calls for Biden to step down. It could also potentially end his hopes for a second term altogether.

A pathological liar calling someone else a pathological liar. This man needs to leave the stage and spare the American people any more of this insanity.
I'd say Trump exaggerates fairly often. So he basically takes the truth and stretches it -- often to make a point or for humor's sake. A lot of the time Trump's audience loves these little "lies" -- they understand their man and love how he operates. It's not like he's fooling them, in other words -- most of the time the audience is in on the joke. Biden, on the other hand, just flat out makes things up. Places he never was, people he never met, achievements he never came close to in real life... Plus he has sort of a mythology in his brain about Trump -- a lengendarium of lies about his nemesis that he repeats over and over. And they seem essentially fixed forever -- impervious to any evidence. I guess, in the end, there's far more substance to Trump's lies: You can see his buildings or play his golf courses or read one of his best sellers -- you could visit Truth Social right now if you wanted to. Maybe none of them are the last word in their categories, as Trump may have said, but they exist at least. Search from sea to sea, though, and you'll never find Corn Pop.

I don't even get what "trump was lying" has to do with anything. You're in a debate....you disagreeing with what your opponent is saying makes it HARDER for you to debate? That makes no sense. It would be the exact opposite. If Trump "lying" actually threw Biden off that's more evidence that he's slowing down and getting confused easily.

Whether this interview or the debate, Joe Biden's responses were from left field and very disjointed in their syntax. Almost always, the response Mr. Magoo gave was short enough to expect the conclusion within seconds. From my auditory analysis of the debate and this interview, Joe lost his train of thought in every short response. This was demonstrated by his linking 2 random phrases or sentences together for an illogical conclusion. The best example is how The Prez answered when Stephanopoulos pointed out the Trump crowd size vs. Biden's audience. The English language word salad that exited Biden's pie-hole was just one display of complete cognitive collapse by the guy holding the nuclear codes.

There's so many issues that are legitimate and definitely deserves attention but One angle that I find very neglected are issues of the working class in this country that if a political movement could speak it's language and at least acknowledge it's issues ,could stir something up. And this goes back to the 1992 presidential campaign and the question "why are we exporting our manufacturing capabilities? Did they NOT forsee the future national security vulnerability that this would cause? And the other question "What have this group ever done that has worked like they said it would? It has just been disaster after disaster since they took over and this intersection can apply to why college graduates can't find their promised job because. they exported all the jobs. Just like Perrot said would happen ,and he just talked about things that he knew and that was business and the confidence that he could fix the economy and he did get a decent percentage for a 3rd party.
As a country we have never been this isolated

Our candidate needs to be confident that his experience in the business world can fix the economy and his experience as president can bring peace to the world, heck even if Mexico becomes the next manufacturing powerhouse, the migrants will just migrate to where the money is...
