Love this shooting workout. Creative, nice flow that builds up and makes sense, and puts the player in game like scenarios w/o it being a game. Manny's floater is looking tough!!! Is Manny's breathing improving with the breathing through the nose only rule at the start of the workout? Also, w/ your 1 on 1 workouts how long do you typically go? 1 hr? 1 h 15m? 1.5 hrs?
