GULF AIR B787-9 BUSINESS CLASS | BAH-SIN-BKK, But Why is the Falcon Gold Lounge like this?

Bahrain - Singapore - Bangkok on the red-eye B787-9. Great seat, great crew, but terrible food and non-existent in flight entertainment (broken on my flights) and the embarrassing shower situation at the new Falcon Gold Lounge. I paid 80,000 Aeroplan points for MXP-BAH-BKK one way in Business class.

Hi Andy thanks for the video. It’s unbelievable and unacceptable that you had the experience in the lounge. As a business class passenger, having to carry your towel back through the lounge to reclaim your boarding pass is shocking. And the lady at the lounge desk pointing, so rude. As you say, you would never experience this with Emirates or Qatar Airlines. Take care bro 👍
