Sausage Egg and Cheese Eggrolls | Breakfast Eggrolls

- Ingredients (yields 14 Eggrolls)
1 package eggroll wrapper
6 eggs
1 package (6pieces) breakfast sausage
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup sharpe cheddar
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 cup salsa(2 tbsp for the mixture and the rest to serve)
Pepper to taste
Coconut oil for frying (use the oil you prefer if you do not like coconut oil) yes these can be baked

Thank you very much for the outstanding video. I just started making egg rolls. Made the avocado/sun dried tomato recipe (Cheescake Factory) yesterday and turned out very similar. Going to make these for my family this morning. I'm a farmer/mechanic with a cooking/baking obsession...Also, made the Starbucks cranberry bliss bars yesterday, very easy recipe and the family absolutely loved them (highly recommend). I know this is a old video but does using coconut oil make the food taste like coconut?
Actually no it doesn’t . To me the flavor changes once the oil is hot so no u don’t taste it
