There was nothing Nrmal about that performance. That was extraordinary!
The original is good, but this is brilliant.. the progression in their artistry is very apparent... taking this to these heights.. This I feel is the version that they would have wanted to create if they would have had more time for Pygmalion

the original version is less hyped,I think the drums were way to upbeat and cheerful instead of the original alternative's downhearted drum beats which correspond to the melancholic vocals . i guess, thats how i think it sounded on the video... maybe live was different..
I think it's probably a good move to appeal to festival crowds while still being true to their music.
Hell, both versions are asskicking! Blessings to every band under the shoegaze banner.
Great band, great song. However, they Thunderbird basses have always sounded like shit, needs more sustain.
