Steve Nash scores 48 points against the Dallas Mavericks in game 4 of the Western Conference Semi-finals. - Спорт
"They want Nash shooting the ball and not getting others involved"
Dude was a 50/40/90 type of consistent shooter but he was such a dominant passer that the other team would just let him shoot at times. What an incredible player
Look at roster amare marion richardson most athletic complimentary playera all time...if nash was better they would win title
@@xavierb9061”If Nash was better”
Dawg Nash was literally league MVP
@@notsocooldude7720 both are true
Nash was ballin and the Sonics were still kickin. Those were the days!
samrulz7 thats right man hope kevin durant goes to dc or miami and have the oklahoma city franchise collapse so that the team goes back to seattle LOL
What is a Sonics ?
@@deivymaybe7554 the thunder used to be in seattle and they were called the sonics
Mavericks
Never mind I get it now sorry
Along with Iverson, Murphy, Manigault, Thomas + Stockton. Nash was one of the true mini goats and proved that SKILL is more of a vital component than SIZE.
Stephan Marbury
35 points in the second half... amazing.
I think Nash was a nofap god because he would never get tired!
Played a lot of soccer I think too

It’s 15 years later and I’m still mad he ain’t shoot that. 50 ball right in front of him. But that’s not who he is so I got to respect it.
The Steve Nash era was lit
Miss Nash and these Suns so fun to watch . Nash the last true point guard a guy who would rather pass than shoot it himself eventough he could shoot the lights out . The league these days is just a bunch of shoot first Pgs . To the people who say Curry can pass like nash I say grow up kid you havent seen shit
Last true point guard? What about Chris paul
The last one is Chris Paul
wtf i was there that night. I was like 12 and I remember being mindblown by this. Dude was shooting 3s like it was nothing.
People forget how great a shooter Nash was, currys never had a 20-28 game in the playoffs.
+805fillmore curry's 6 years into his career and JUST reaching his prime..
+RahulPresentsKobe Nash didn't have a big 4
mrronolo
You sure? 2003-2004 mavs lineup
Michael Finley
Dirk Nowitzki
Antoine Walker
Antawn Jamison
Steve Nash
All 5 were in their prime too, except 25 yo Dirk.
+RahulPresentsKobe oh shit dude. I thought steve nash was playing for the suns in this video. guess not. gtfo
mrronolo
oh shit dude. I thought you could read. guess not.
One of the greatest I've ever had the pleasure too watch.
Statistically, Nash is the greatest shooter in NBA history.
The eyeball test suggests Curry is the best shooter in NBA history, however Curries career is just beginning.
I like Ray Allen and obviously he can shoot, but he was, at least for a good portion of his career, a catch and shoot type player. He didn't create his own shots in the same way Curry and Nash have and did.
I disagree. Ray Allen was very good off the dribble playing in Seattle. He was more of a scorer there. He had the ball in his hands, he made plays in the pick and roll, and he scored in 1-on-1 situations. He had 4 straight years in SEA of at least 23 a game, including 27 in 06-07. So the notion that he was exclusively a catch-and-shoot guard is misguided.
+clutchcity25 Exactly. As he gears toward the end of his career, he transform into a catch-and-shoot player. Probably a smart thing to do, since it keeps in him the game.
+ParaditeRs
Nash and Allen were better. Nash created it all himself though, and Allen is a lot like Redick in college. Mark Price may have been the best, but not much video of him. Reggie Miller was the best in the clutch shooting 3's... and yes, I'll take him over everyone if you need a 3. Bird if you just need a shot.
+ParaditeRs
My eyeball test tells me Miller. He was guarded, and couldn't pass great, rarely cut, and didn't have talent like many of the other players had(or when he did, they were past their prime.) Miller created insane 3's when they mattered. Price had NO ONE on his team, and that guy was another 50-40-90 guy(Nash did it 4 times, almost 6 times?) And clutchcity25 is right about Allen, earlier in his career, he could get to the rim and dunk, and didn't just play off of screens to get wide open 3's. He became a catch-and-shoot guard though which most guys end up becoming, but Allen was never a big free throw guy, and stopped slashing or driving early on for some reason. Look at Vince Carter, he became that kind of player with one or two easy, brilliant dunks a game when it was simple later on. Finley, Majerle, and others fell into this trap.
Curry, Nash, Allen, n Miller r on the Mount Rushmore of shooting for me
When "De-fense" Becomes "Steve Nash"
Steve Nash gives all us small Canadian white boys hope... What a legend!
Nah not just white boys. Literally every Canadian ball player. I was in grade 6 for his first MVP, just started hooping and i was mindblown that a Canadian was playing something other than Hockey at the professional level.
Nash was on one that day. So efficient. Very decisive and no wasted motion or energy
Omfg I'm really feeling nostalgic rite now I remembered being in the 3rd grade watching this.
More Nash games plz!! Nash was dogging out Dallas in this game
Steve Nash is 5th on the all time point guard list because he won 2 mvps.
1.Magic 2.Oscar 3. Stockton 3. Kidd and 5. Nash
1. Magic 2. Curry 3. Oscar 4. Stockton 5. Nash
@@joshuagiddey8832 The thing with Steph is that although he is the Greatest Shooter and tied for 12th on the all time list with K.D.....Curry is a combo guard; point guard by position only. Those guys I rank are the playmakers of their team and of all time.
Nash is top 3
how did no one talked about this, I only discovered it by watching the game logs
"boyyy if u don't" 6:15
Dev Reddy 😂😂
the best to ever do it baby
sorry magic johnson has something to say about that
SouthXHawthorne 424 but isn't curry surpassing nash now? and chris paul has always put up some impressive comparable stats.
+Peter Phinney paul is not as good nash bro magic and him are tied in my opinion
thats fucking stupid. I cant put a guy who plays worst defense than james harden above fucking CHRIS PAUL who is elite on both ends and your saying nash is somehow tied with magic a top 5 greatest of all time player when nash never won anything? Get the fuck outta here
Magic Johnson
Isiah Thomas
Chris Paul
Oscar Roberson
Jason Kidd
John Stockton
Nash would be the last guy picked out of all these guys
Peter Phinney curry? Lmao, curry is trash
He scored 35 in the second half!!
does this video exist in other than potato quality?
theoneandonlyKJ to fathom that this was watchable to ppl back then. Crazy..
Back after he just signed to coach the nets. He will be a great coach!
Not possible when you have Kyrie and Harden on the same team.😅
Not possible when you have Kyrie and Harden on the same team.😅
underrated
It looks like Steve's jersey is too big fir him haha. Still, love the guy though.
U blind? Everybody wears oversized jerseys lmao
You see Dirk staring down Nash while dribbling out the clock? He's the one who was a big influence on why Steve Nash didn't resign with Dallas. #MindBlown
Like It Iz wait didn't nash get traded?
Noodle Storm i think he chose correctly considering how much a powerhouse they became.
Noodle Storm that suns team was much more likely to win a ring with steve at the helm.
+Blubb Blubb
Mavs offered 40
Blubb Blubb He is BSing. It was 4 years 40 million. Nash wouldnt have left Dallas and his buddy Dirk for 5 million difference.

Couldn’t defend a traffic cone but otherwise was so fucking Nashty
I wish he stayed with Phoenix so he can retire a SUN L.A does nothing for him
Footwork at 5:04 tho

Ima miss nash
you mean...Mrs.Nash
"Ima Mrs.Nash"
Rishav Singh you're not funny
Niggas trying to say Curry is better than Nash?....?... Only reason Curry and the Warriors have stepped up on offense is because Steve Nash is a consultant for the Warriors.
Hold this L buddy.... You sound real fucking stupid....
