They have taken this guest daughter to her ancestor's home, ladies were accompanied. In some families women don't go to the farms. But they all are showing respect like their own daughter / sister. If a woman accompanied would have been better. Thanks

Killers never be your friends, I lost my two elder sister, they were 3 and 1 and half years old killed during partition and lost 15 people out of 156 whole family majority of women and children got killed by Sikhs before they entered in Pakistan

Before partition, Hindu, Muslims and Sikhs were living together peacefully for centuries. Once the partition was announced, the writ of the British declined while the propaganda of 2 nation theory thrived and some people found an opportunity to loot, plunder, rape and kill the outgoing minority.
