My pasta i season it in boil and salt, appreciate the sauce 💡 I'll try it out ,my pasta water i always put a little in sauce flavor enhancer salty, like the heavy cream 💡 ,when noodles are done i drain and put butter to coat noodles, was thinking to try beef broth with butter to enhance noodles haven't yet ,I ❤ pasta especially homemade ,diabetic old and eat cream corn so I have to be careful
2:06 you did yourself such s disservice by blending those tomatoes so long. The heat has turned it orange. Should have just hand squeezed cook garlic in EVO. Quick zap in blender then add all into sauce pan.

I KNOW that this sauce is going to taste good, but a trad Italiano is going to snap while watching this video. The REAL base red sauce (marinara), is tomatoes, olive oil, and salt. THATS ALL. If you put basil and garlic and etc in it, it is NOT true, simple red sauce. Tomato sauce.....which is not marinara sauce.....is not simple "red sauce".
Whenever I make pasta, I make the pasta myself. It's super quick and really adds a new dimension to the dish.
Homemade sauce and pasta is the way to go! 🍝😋
