Congratulations on your new cat. Mika seems really sweet and gentle. Did the adoption center tell you anything about her history ?
Thank you!! She is definitely a very sweet and gentle gal. 🥰 Mika’s foster mom told me that she was likely a stray for about a year, but beyond that I’m not too sure of her history.
She reminds me of my Lynx Point Siamese boys. Except she has green eyes basically. Her color pattern looks “wild” or Lynx-y’. Definitely beautiful though!

If she is an indoor kitty, it is worthwhile getting a small enclosure for her so she can sit on the balcony sometimes.

She’s so cute! Congrats on the adoption! I see you have a litter robot now, and I remember you used to recommend a steel pan as a litter box, would you say the litter robot is better?
Thank you!!! Yeah I was really curious to try the litter robot this time around- I have to say in terms of accessibility and convenience, it’s awesome but the steel pan definitely contains smells better than any other litter box I’ve tried.

Hello! Does Mika shed more or less, in comparison to Spike?
Hi there! She definitely sheds more, but not nearly as much as past roommates’/family cats that I’ve lived with. Not sure why that is!
Are you going to take Mika on walks?
I thought about it! But she is quite timid and shy so I’m not really sure if she’d fancy being on a leash or venturing out. 😅 I may wait a few weeks for her to settle in completely and see if she’s gaining curiosity in exploring.
