Arrival of Electricity in Rwanda, Africa

This video is about the arrival of electricity in Kivumu, Rwanda. Kivumu is a rural region of Rwanda that has a population of about 60,000 and is about 60 square kilometres in area. The electricity was made available in the latter part of August, 2011, and is already creating drastic improvements in the quality of life for the locals.
