The Estee Lauder collection is absolutely superb. I love that one and I also love Mirage, and the one I wore the most this year, Which I think they're stopping...Tender Light, which is tea and bergamot and iris, and just utterly lovely. They have a new one with Pistachio called Serene Sierra and I can't wait to get my paws in it.

But Jus, I hardly can make these looks work where I live (Southern California) without looking a tiny bit pretentious. Ugh, it’s just the vibe here, people go the more casual vibe. My total favorite color on you right now. Love the wine-red. Even for myself as a guy, By the Fireplace may be my favorite sweet fragrance, but I can only imagine how much I would like it on a girl, but haven't come across that yet. It's just incredible in the air. Depends on the mood, but that, Jazz Club, and Herod are probably my favorite sweet, woody or gourmand-leaning fragrances.
Yes, I see that someone already commented on Maison Margiela house 😊 I bought a warm trio from Margiela last year. There were three 10 ml perfumes of By the Fireplace, Jazz Club, and Whispers in the Library ( which reminds me of Byredo Bibliotheque). And yes, the Matcha Meditation + its older version Tea Escape are also wonderful tea fragrances, suitable for rainy weather. I think I forgot to mention under your Niche fall fragrances that Carner Barcelona Rima XI. is also fine for this weather - at least for me.

Woah! It does evolve yes. I wouldn’t give an expectation on the scent as we each have different experiences with scent. If that’s what you smell and you don’t like it, there are lots of other scents to choose from! That’s the beauty of perfume 😊
I finally got a sample of Babycat. Unfortunately it is giving me the same opening gasoline smell as Lune Feline, only even stronger. I have no idea what ingredient or ingredient combo is causing that but super bummed since I was really excited by your description.

It’s totally fine to enjoy different things. I love vanillas that are heavy and complex (lune feline, babycat, Babylon…) and they’re not going to be for everyone. On the softer side, you should try: the world according to Arthur, vanilla oudgasm and then there’s another one that I’ll talk about soon (probably the best smelling soft vanilla that I’ve tried!) when the launch happens. Stay tuned!

If you’re not a fan of gourmand EDP of Mon Guerlain, I recommend the EDT which has more lavender.

It's not discontinued it's an ingredients issue. Some Canadian shops ship to the US call around if you want it.
Try Penhaligons eau the audacity it's supposed to be very very similar.

I love Cherry Smoke by Tom Ford.
The only issue with spice bomb is bvlgari man in black is similar and imo better. Maybe spicebomb works better on women than man in black would.
