No it aint he passed streets like Delano and blythe which are one of the most bad areas of the valley he past threw many bad area. Van Nuys in general is bad and Panorama and they're also close too North Hollywood that is also a much worst area so yea.
No he didn’t pass by the hoods , he didn’t pass by delano street , calvert , blythe and near panorama . At night it gets active and at times there’s a lot of bums .
