TORB is too nice to them calling them Sir. How can you get personal details of their vehicle owners? only authorised personal can get it and must have a reasonable excuse to gain access. We can find out if they are taxed, insured and MOT is valid. Which we have a duty to report any that is not. The old man was a Mr A Nosey Parker and should mind his own business and Mr Powell was helpful but was in the middle of helping other people with their mobiles. The Police vehicles and buildings are all paid by the taxpayer through the Council Tax. All police personal are civil servants and can be filmed at anytime without trying to stop and interfere with.
Using a police vehicle to go and get food what a waste of taxpayers money.

Most big police stations have in house mechanics/garages (I knew one). They do a good job on the cars/vans servicing/repairs etc . They're exempt (for some reason from MOT'S).
And they have absolutely been clocked for resale/auction...

@@daviddash666 I'll take the word of the garages and dealers i know who get the contracts to do this maintenance over yours I'm afraid. Maybe a thing of the past with the met as they've had the budget but definitely not the county ones and not today. Most of the plod cars are on a lease and dealt with by the lease companies.
