Bhel Puri Mumbai Style Recipe with Chutney - Sukha Bhel - Geeli Bhel - Jain Bhel Recipe

FOR DRY BHEL CHUTNEY/ SUKHI BHEL CHUTNEY-
1. 5-6 green chilli
2. 8-10 curry leaves
3. ½ cup roasted chickpeas
4. ½ cup coriander leaves with stem
5. ½ tsp salt
6. ½ tsp black salt
7. ½ tsp chaat masala powder
8. 1 tsp dry mango powder
9. 2 tsp coriander cumin seeds powder
10. ½ tsp asafoetida
For spicy chutney of gili bhel -
1. 1 tbsp roasted chickpeas
2. 3-4 chopped spicy green chilli
3. 5-7 curry leaves
4. ¼ cup mint leaves
5. ½ tsp salt
6. ¼ tsp black salt
7. ¼ tsp cumin seeds
8. ¼ tsp asafoetida
9. 1.5 tsp lemon juice
10. ½ cup coriander leaves with stem
11. 1/3 cup water
Sweet chutney-
1. 250 g dates
2. 1/3 cup tamarind
3. ½ cup jaggery
4. ½ tsp fennel seeds
5. ½ tsp dry coriander seeds
6. ½ tsp cumin seeds
7. ½ tsp salt
8. 1 tsp black salt
9. 1.5-2 cup water
For making bhel-
1. Puffed rice
2. Roasted chickpeas
3. Roasted peanut
4. Namkeen chanadal
5. Chopped tomato
6. Chopped cucumber
7. Papdi(puri)
8. Sev
9. Pomegranate seeds
10. Chopped coriander leaves
For crispy puffed rice-
1. 2 tsp oil
2. ¼ tsp asafoetida
3. ¼ tsp turmeric powder
4. ¼ tsp black salt
5. 5 cup puffed rice
