Of all your lectures, this is the only one without indepth details. Anyway thank you for the video. May ask you one question: If the turnover is less than 40 lakhs per year, I need not register for GST; in such a situation should I charge GST from Customer and if so the collected GST should be deposited to Government under what number?
If your turnover is less than 40 lakh then it's not mandatory to do GST registration . And as you are not registered your business under GST, you must not collect tax from the customers. If you yourself has registered your business under GST even if your turnover is less than 40 lakh. Then you should charge taxes as per the rule and also file the GST returns per month. And one more important thing here is even if you make zero sell in particular month then also you must file the GST returns for that month as Nil.
Can someone help me, i have ordered one item worth 999 in Amazon, but in order summary it is just showing Tax, the item came from Hyderabad to Mumbai, it is not showing i/s/c gst. How can I find out the same.

Mam prima facie it's not always 40 lacs ka reg limit !! 20 lacs and 10 lacs reg limit also exist it depends on state where he is dealing and also he should get registered only in the state where he does taxable supplies !! Limit - PAN INDIA while computing ATO Reg - state wise !!
