I know this tutorial is a few years old but Im very happy to come across it! Thanks for describing & instructing how to do these pockets😊 Can’t wait to put some together and shop for some puzzle glue! That gives them even a more interesting look 😀
Patricia: Your creations are such an inspiration! I have made several of your book-page embellishments for my journals and have found your tutorials to be very clear and helpful. And I must also tell you that I find your son's voice in your recordings absolutely precious! Thanks for all that you share!
+Beatrice Rosati You are so welcome! Thank you too for the comment on my little Charlie. He is a handful, my recording videos have become very difficult with my little man. But God knows I love him so much!
I love your new takes on these ! They look fantastic. And yes, it helps to use up all of those pages we've gutted out. Lol. Thanks Patricia. Hugs Leigh
I know this video is 2 years old and I am a new subbie, but I wanted to tell you to never worry about the kiddo's in the background. It is just precious to hear them. I hope your anxiety is somewhat better. Blessings.
Great pocket tutorial, thank you...also thanks for all the other suggestions and ideas regarding the use of old book pages...now I am over the moral trauma of actually disembowelling a book, I am always on the search for ways to use the pages! tfs...Di xx PS The embellies on your finished pockets are great too...
Very cool pockets!! I love your videos because you are so clear and precise in what you are saying, it doesn't matter if you get interrupted by an adorable little boy. If you were rambling all over the place, it might be different, but you really do a great tutorial. Thanks so much for sharing this idea with us!
Thank you so much. :) I look forward to seeing how it is done. As a person new to this craft your videos are very informative and easy to follow. Again, thank you. Blessings.

Great tutorial! Love your cute ideas! Thank you very much for sharing!! I made my first Patricia Viramentes inspired book page envelope today - Thank you!!
Just happened across your tutorials on You Tube. I just love your vintage envelopes, page pockets and corner tucks. I make handmade greeting cards, not scrapbooking pages or journals, but I can still use your ideas on my cards. Some can be the actual card (a unique card) and some to make smaller to add to the front of a card. Thank you for your great ideas. I just love them.
Just found your channel . Great ideas!!! I come from Greece and it is hard to get my hands on products and also very expensive so you gave me many ideas on how to make things for my junk journals . Thanks a lot . Kisses from Greece, Rhodes!!!!!!

Again, I am so happy I found your channel! I will definitely be making these for my journals! And I know what you mean about the panic attacks - I have them too and they are terrible!
OMG...these are so beautiful; I love them. One tip: When you get a sewing machine be careful not to sew over glue. You can end up messing up the needle and sometimes the machine. I learned the hard way by attempting to sew the stick-on velcro. The sticky stuff messed up alot of parts and I had to get it serviced.
I'm working on my very first journal with four signatures (5 actually, but too thick, so will end up using it for another journal.), & I am finding your tutorials with book pages really interesting. Definitely going to try some of them out. TFS
2nd time watching lol. Had to double check to make sure I was doing it right. I'm just beefing up my stash & doing some blanks. Love all these. Thx honey.

Great ideas. Inspired me to dig out my dried up pearl acrylic paint dauber. Scooped out some of the paint, added water, and brushed on one of these pockets. Looks nice, will have to see what else I can paint on them:)
