    Patricia, your videos are really inspiring. You have a comfortable easy style which makes me feel as if we are sitting together sharing a coffee and doing some crafting. I'm going to try these pockets and banners out straight away. I love the way you decorate them too. Thank you for showing us your stamps. I'm always wondering where stamps are from because I have come late to this hobby so don't have many. Lastly, (promise :-)) I love your clever idea of sticking two book pages together with one upside down so when you fold the bottom up to make the pocket, the writing is not upside down :-) Thanks.

Your craft on this video, which is my 1st to watch of yours, so I know I will be binge watching them now, but it is so absolutely beautifully done, minimal expense which is a huge plus for those crafters who are on a fixed income...Your work is so amazing & inspiring, so thank you so, so much for sharing!!! I never thought to stamp on my banners - what a great idea! I'm tired of people saying not to add 'bulk' to journals (i.e., your gorgeous flowers). Gator mouths are sexy! I love chubby journals and figure the maker isn't really trying unless a journal is round.

    I made some of these the other day and tested faber tac glue vs the good olde tacky glue your using and I was so surprised at the difference the two glues made. The faber tac made them super thin feeling while the tacky glue left it thicker. So... If your journal your putting these in is getting too thick to quickly because we all love adding too much ephemera, just use some faber tac to make them and you'll have a thinner version.

  • @anniegotakindlee
    @anniegotakindlee 8 лет назад

    Thank you so much. I love them. I have that London stamp too but it's in a little plastic box with the other stamps from that set. These were probably one of the first vintage stamps I bought and I don't remember the brand either but I had no clue who Tim Holtz was back then. Lol. Do you have problems with them sticking to the plastic thingy we put unmounted stamps on?

    • @patriciaviramontes3470
      @patriciaviramontes3470  8 лет назад

      I keep them in a plastic container because they don't stick to the blocks I have when stamping. They are not sticky any more. I've had them for ever too.

      +oasb dgr I just used the reinkers, a few drops, depending on how dark you want it and added some water. You can also add alcohol instead of water, drys faster. Hope this helps

    • @patriciaviramontes3470

      +Lisa Gonzales i glue the edges, run a straight line of glue in the center, and two more parallel on each side. If that nakes since.
