Blast off! For his Fall 2017 Chanel show Karl Lagerfeld outfitted the Grand Palais with a rocket complete with a mock launch. The show was simply out of this world.
There were astronaut prints and planet-shaped minaudières, but Lagerfeld also sent out subtle nods to the great era of space exploration, in the form of mod ’60s shift dresses and cap-toe go-go boots.

This collection is very much like old and new, the outfits are like Jackie Kennedy dress and blazer very old style and then at the same time it's all look like the clothes for going to space on a mission haha, it's like the Naza clothing for the space very futuristic. He is still the best and upholds the Chanel's philosophy as the top Haute Couture brand, compared to the garbage that Christian Dior and other brands are producing these days. Karl still maintains High Quality and High Standards for the house of Chanel.
nothing new for the past at least 20 years at Chanel, they don't sell any of his clothes , it's all accessories ...Parfums....now all they spend more time , he spend more time on the set .....really , the set .....Chanel should start selling sets....Chanel has wanted to get him out for years now, years ....!!!! and that rocket taking off , nowhere....entertainment for ? for ????? anyway people will remember the rocket , the airline set, atelier set....rain forest....bla bla bla , cause the clothes?....he is the king of fashion, fashion, the fashion that is outdated 6 month later ...not king of style ....the king of style and you can tell now , because it's on theirs backs is the Smoking, tuxedo pants and jackets...pants suits....and so much more of the modern women wardrobe ...., and the Yves Saint Laurent's style remains, because style is never out of fashion.... ...fashion comes and goes ....Saint Laurent, Yves Saint Laurent is for ever , Lagerfeld one season ...its "esbroufe"...powder in they eyes, then when the cloud is gone not much is left ....they will remember him , the character...but not much of his clothe or style...his legacy is him , his best creation....

it really depends on your style and your idea of fashion. I'm my opinion, the clothing peices are very unique and interesting. You can pair them with other items to make them fit your style. just my opinion tho. I find these clothing peices superb.
chanel is unique in their style, unlike you and your ‘trendy’ fashions.
