They need to be able to see what your breathing patterns, oxygen levels, eye movements, etc to get an accurate idea of what your regular sleep patterns look like to make in informed diagnosis. Alcohol would affect your regular sleeping patterns making the results inaccurate (it can affect your REM sleep). So disappointed in this guy, but he was giving me weird vibes for awhile :/
