the most amazing strength is shown by the cars bumper, it can fall 50-100m then be grabbed and stopped almost immediately with all that energy being sustained by the bumper and the few joints attaching it to the rest of the falling mass. Most of that mass being at the very front end too. Amazingly strong bumper and attachments, should use that building material and method for everything. Nothing will ever break again

This movie was seriously under rated. With a little bit better direction, fine tune the story and shoot whoever did the score for the movie, and it could have been a huge success.
If you cut out Charlize Theron's character it would've been a great movie. Nothing against the actress but introducing such a dumb superhero-love-triangle that late into the movie was just bad.

Not at all, plenty of decent and capable people exist. Given Clark's upbringing was in the country, I really could see him being a decent person. There are a lot of country folk that are untainted by the laziness, misanthropy, irresponsibility, and general pessimism of more urban areas that would lead to somebody like Hancock. I'm not trying to oversell the country, there can also be a lot of tribalism and people who are behind with the times, but what I am saying is that it depends on who Superman is and who raises him in what environment. Not everyone is like Hancock. I would stay away from people who are or would be.

The only character growth i saw in the second half was when he stop that robbery with the zippers bar he said something like "Its easy to take something when nobody stops you huh" it cemented his change to truly believe and insprise hope something like superman would have done
His character development was him learning to be a real hero. He stopped being an asshole and stopped drinking. Adding in another super hero woman with no good explanation is not character development.
When i first saw this movie i had no ideea what i was expecting. I was little and my parents tolde there is a superhero movie. I didn't recognize him but damn.. literally made me feel astonishingly good. One of the best experience you could have in your childhood and i am so happy it happened to me
I always loved how this movie started. If you came to this movie with no trailers or anything, the whole crimefighting bit would come as a surprise. It's a shame the plot went in a wild direction halfway through.

Movie was great until it got all cliche half way through
It's called character development, it wouldn't be much of a movie if it just kept him the same.
iiMisterLonely giving him a lame origin story with a one in a million chance of a boring romantic story isnt character development... more like plot that we have to fill our last 45 minutes with...
The only character growth i saw in the second half was when he stop that robbery with the zippers bar he said something like "Its easy to take something when nobody stops you huh" it cemented his change to truly believe and insprise hope something like superman would have done
His character development was him learning to be a real hero. He stopped being an asshole and stopped drinking. Adding in another super hero woman with no good explanation is not character development.

When i first saw this movie i had no ideea what i was expecting. I was little and my parents tolde there is a superhero movie. I didn't recognize him but damn.. literally made me feel astonishingly good. One of the best experience you could have in your childhood and i am so happy it happened to me

I always loved how this movie started. If you came to this movie with no trailers or anything, the whole crimefighting bit would come as a surprise. It's a shame the plot went in a wild direction halfway through.
