Good to see your getting back on your feet man, myself, working as a Diver - COVID almost ended my career, its been a hard road back and to this day I have to work harder to do some things that came natural before but if you keep at it you can get back on your game man.

We avoided delta. I got utterly peeled by it - was terrifying. Know a couple of boys that will never dive again from delta in their 20s. Think a lot of it depends on initial viral load. Whatever nailed me got me pre covid, I went from 93 to 70kg was hectic. I really hope I can get to a base level where things work for me. Thanks bro best of luck
@AquaticRehabSpearfishing I know you aren’t going to want to face the reality of it and will just brush this off, but i think you will find the heart palpitations and chronic fatigue where caused by getting the jab which is why you got it pre covid.
I refused to get the vaccine, i got covid and my natural immune system fought it off in about 4 days and i was good to go, haven’t had it since.
Most of my mates that got the jab (due to wanting to keep there job and feed there family) all got covid multiple times, got really sick and took ages to get over it, and had side effects from the jab and all reported heart palpitations.

Without sharing personal info in a chat, I got real scared about what was going on with my heart directly after getting the vaccine. Months of testing. Extremely concerning, but I think I'm recovered fully?...
Interesting, yeah the immune cytokines can defiantly affect the heart wether it be vaccines or illness. My large palpitation and near blackout was before covid so I can rule that out. If you have issues still defiantly book cardiology.
