Publishers can still be prosecuted or sued for what they print. Although the First Amendment prohibits prior restraint it does not protect the defamation and creates false statements that harm the reputation of another. When in written in this form it is Libel. The First Amendment does not protect prosecutions consequent on the content of the material. or material that causes distress or fighting words from a whole town of family and friends and schools that loved the real Verity. Everyone loved our Verity two schools gave scholarships in her name. You could be in trouble, I am looking into it. Her Mom
