- It's been some busy days, building all kinds of assets to decorate the first location. Including a complete cafeteria! Makes me want to include some kind of Kitchen Mini-Game. Who knows!?

This looks way better that a ton of Square Enix games. Love it! PS: Add a little bit of movement to the bushes or Trees would do it even better
Thank you! The trees and bushes do move, though it's rather subtle, for the whole "facility" is kind of inside a big structure, Imagine like a Stadium, designed to get exterior climate "under control". However I did actually play around with the intensity of the movement in bushes and trees, so I could still rise it a little. Still thanks for your suggestion! will play around a bit with the intensity.

The effects, transitions, and camera control in this are really next level! (And this is 2 years old!)
The settings and music brings mm battle network vibes, and the graphics/art is superb! Amazing

I love having outside text bubbles popping up and then being able to go further into detail depending on info gathering/questing needs it makes it feel way less forced to talked to someone in a lot of ways for me. Kitchen mini game would be cool is there gonna be perma stat buffs ? maybe win a meal that adds one ++ to a stat. you can collect them through the game lmao. Food always fun for stat buffs in jrpgs. Once again I love your work and keep going!
Yes, there are buffs attainable through food. And yes I like it too when there is food or any other "domestic" kind of activity in games. However, it won't be required to progress. Thanks! :)

Hey! Yeah, it's still in development. I'm actually juggling my time between working on the game and my regular day job. Progress is slow but steady.

really want this look for my game. how did you start on making a 3d controller for a 2d sprite?
I am getting some Xenogears vibes from this. Are you using Crocotile 3D or a different workflow to map the pixel art on to the 3D meshes?
I'm using Blender for everything 3d. And paint the textures in photoshop or on the mesh itself with blender texture paint.
