Island kitchen sink drain clogged on 10th floor.

I snaked the 10th floor Island Kitchen sink drain that's shared with the 11th, 12th and 13th floor. The Cable got stuck 50 feet in and tangled in the Rooter Reel. I put a vice-grip on the cable inside the Reel to prevent it from tangling. I finally got the cable out but it took some time.
