At about 10:15 in your video, Vernon sets a dance move and they all repeat it. I think there is a compilation video of all of the different variations Vernon has them do. He picks it and they mimic it. Fun!
I don't know if you've seen them already but I recommend the Japanese comeback and the dance practice of these too. Personally I like the choreography of 24H I feel that the formations are crazy. ✨
Please react to their solos too. Some members have less lines in most SVT MVs. Therefore less screen times and you can't listen to their vocals fully, and they usually received less reactions too. At least, if can, react to the units' songs too.

18:30 this formation was based on the stage they have to performed for the song. If you see there’s tape on the floor which indicates their limit
