I'll run 500 Test Cyp with 500 Deca.
I've added in 45 of Tbol a day & that stack made me a beast.
The Deca TOTALLY removes ALL of my old injury pains which removes my want to use pain killers to help with my pain issues.
I train for strength & size.
That stack took me from 220 to 245 with nice size at 6'2 height.

59 and training in BJJ 24 years along with kettlebells and calisthenics. Some dudes our age don’t want to really clean up their diet and supplement with specific vitamins and minerals that help your testosterone production maintenance. By this I mean I know five particular middle age practitioners on TRT who eat “Okay” don’t regularly supplement their diet, like to have a few beers on their weekends and lift “Off and on”, thereby not maximizing bodies ability to promote healthy T levels naturally. I’m very happy with my body composition, I bicycle the very short distance to my school and I skateboard bowls, ramps and embankments regularly (I retired from judicial service so I admit the extra free time helps recovery though).

TRT isn’t about getting jacked or being better competitively at all. If you’re abusing it like body builders do then you’ll have problems. But these guys are injecting multiple types of roids. If I can have a flat stomach and keep a few lives carved throughout my body, I’m happy. I look at all these older guys at these outdoor calisthenics gyms in NYC who eat very clean and look phenomenal. I don’t think these older, mostly poorer guys have the resources to get on TRT. They just eat simple foods, high protein intake and put in the work.

Coach...plz explain why or how using PED's in combat sports is a bad thing? Please provide me an example since it is clearly so over used in the past in MMA and currently in BJJ of how someone or so many people have been harmed by their use. While i agree there are dangers of their use...everything of that nature should always be done under the advise of a health professional. As far as the youth go...i just out right don't agree. Baseball went through over a decade of PED use...and we didn't have steroids in all the high schools and we didn't have people dropping like flies from cancer.

There’s a reason why testosterone decreases as we age.

Yea, cause you're getting old. Using TRT in a safe manner is one way to stave off one biomarker of age, and perform as you do in your youth for longer periods of time.

@@magcitrate There's no evidence of this. If that is the case then people with hormone deficiences who take TRT would be dying prematurely. Taking TRT for an "average" person, who may be at 300 ng/dl to pump their levels to 950 ng/dl isn't going to cause them anymore problems than someone pumping their levels from 50ng/dl to 950ng/dl. We aren't talking about Trenbolone, or Anavar, or Dianabol here, we are talking about simple testosterone replacement therapy.

Testosterone and hormonal birth control are two sides of the same coin. Both enhance each genders innate advantages. Sexual selection for women and physical strength for men. Kind of interesting how one is subsidized and another is demonized.

Well, not looking at it as a ped, but as a medical treatment, if you are deficient on something that is necessary to health and longevity, I don't know why everyone wouldn't want to. Low T leads to a lot of negative health aspects as we get older, and I'm not talking about muscle mass. If low test is the reason we see 50 as being "getting old" due to the negative health aspects we see in 50 year olds, but 50 year olds who add trt feel like and enjoy the life of a 35 year old, then maybe 70 will become the "gettijg old" age. What's wrong with that?

Honestly I figured it out while Olympic weightlifting in college how many juice heads there are… and then when I did BJJ for two years I quit because of all the egotistical jerk offs.. and half of them or more are on TRT/PEDs. I swear if all these dudes weren’t juiced they wouldn’t be half as good as they are at their relative sport. It’s cheating. Point blank. If everyone’s on the same playing field and juiced, then cool. But it irritates me when people act like Gods and beating people who are natural, but they’d be nothing without it.
