I did the exercise today and i asked for the light beings that could guide me and stay with me, and i was shown rainbow, blooming colors and the voice of a forest spirit who's named Sylvia 🌸 i asked "Are you of the light and the truth of God ?" and it became bigger and warmer, as you described... i couldnt help but giggle and smile, the energy was very bubbly, like champagne but made of warmth and colors! A very sweet first experience 🌈🌿 💛🧡🩷 ...she said: "I am the queen of the forest" and it just made me smile 💚 Felt like home...

I love your videos, feels like a warm hug from the universe. I also never understood energy and I hated Physics as a subject in school. But 2 weeks ago while I was meditating in the park, i felt as if I was in a Quantum physics lecture with God. God showed me how energy works and how each person carries energy. That made me register for Reiki classes and next week am starting my level 1 course. EVERYTHING IS ENERGY. ❤❤

@@constancemessmeroh wow that actually resonates. I use to see fairies when I was little. I didn’t know that was what they were I just knew no adults could see them but my little sister and I would play with them in the woods behind our house growing up. They glowed a beautiful blue color and would disappear and reappear. I have had a deep connection with animals and nature. When I was a kid I was friends with the trees and plants. I would converse with them. I would cry so hard when my grandfather would cut down trees for firewood. I still cry when a tree starts dying on my property or we have to have one cut down. It hurts my heart. Reading your comment to the other persons comment really resonanted. I even thought the other day how I believe I was a fairy or elemental in a past life because they seem so present in my life from being little to even now. Elemental magick kept coming up in my path and I am working on that right now after much urging from my guides. My first job when I was 11 was tending gardens and the goats for a elderly woman, Marjorie Spock. She was doctor Spocks sister. She was a published author with books on fairies. She saw them all her life. She was German and they were raised to believe and so she always saw them because of her belief. I find it funny all the little things that now seem like reinforcements of these little truths that are clues to my soul. Thank you for being our earthly guide. Your a blessing dear sister Constance.

I went to a psychic fair awhile back and as I was entering, I thought of all the mediumship connections going on so I asked to be surrounded with Christ’s white light..and hour or so later I decided to have my aura photo done..I’d had one before but it had been awhile and I was curious if my aura had changed any. My aura colors stayed pretty true to the last photo, except for the white ring surrounding me. It wasn’t until later that I realized I had asked for that white light. It was pretty amazing to see❤️

I must add, even though I KNOW they are present with me, that it still pleasantly surprises me when I see it. I think if it didn’t, my ego would be in control at that point..lol. I’ve been awakened and on my conscious journey now for 6 yrs. A lot of hiccups in my attempts to communicate, but mostly me, readiness, technique etc... Spirit is always around me no doubt. I’ve called on them, communicated through my pendulum which has worked, but I’ve had some false info come through as well. This stopped me at times in frustration. What a journey it’s been.
From the deepest part of me, I truly know that I’m here to assist others. I want to do so much that I find focus is much needed. Long story short, spirit led me to your teaching so that I may finally access these gifts I hold and to put into practice.

Thank you for this teaching 🙏 I've receiving messages, sometimes mixed messages and I get confused. What I started doing this week during my meditations is inviting light beings who want to be part of it. I usually get Archangel Michael, yesterday I got a Pleiadian. Thankyou Constance, I've been looking for a teacher like you for years, I have looked at one in particular but either class is full, or too far to travel, however you are teaching everything I need to know as I'm learning about some form of Reiki and massage combined healing. It's my first time and energy plays a large part of this practice and I love it. Currently learning about the protection bubble, but your lessons in regards to sensing truth from spirit when they come into my space is a bonus, which we have not been taught yet. A huge thankyou from me, and like your daughter says's we are being taught already 💜, that's a comforting reminder 😊

I have had such amazing experiences my entire life, the whole maybe she's born with it deal. Took me a long time ro realize not everyone has these experiences so frequently. This is really good Constance thanks son much. The only problem is many of us don’t have the ability hear the other side. When you say ask your heart or ask God or throw light and listen for the answer is that we all cannot get accurate information on the spot. These exercises where you aska a question and then just listen don’t aways work because it’s forced communication and unless you are very open psychic wise it’s VERY hard to do. The imagination is very powerful when we put it on the spot and it’s very easy to force an answer and I think answers don’t come when you force it. Sometimes our imagination or mind DOES create answers and it’s very confusing. We have to have our abilities already open to communicate instantly with spirit.

It's something that appears without me asking.
I just came across your channel recently and have been enjoying and appreciating all the information you offer. I'm a person who questions everything. It's the investigator in me as well. I have always had an investigative mind but I think it's very important to question everything. Too many people just blindly believe or follow something without really understanding. I have done that and been mislead many times.❣
Thank you! I'm taking paid classes from someone else but also listening to yours in tandem. Yours have some additional tidbits (surround with light- which some guide told me to do years ago before a car accident).
And I love your playfulness, and the way you teach kids. I taught my daughter some of this sort of ? Accidentally or ? Because a spirit told ne to? When she was young because she was fast at school work and got bored, in trouble at school. So I told her she could hear and anticipate things happening in the classroom and that she could will things to happen (ask for a change in environment, move pencils. Etc.).

I really love your videos because of what you have to share, and the only thing I don't love is the bright flashing lights that is in them sometimes. It hurts my eyes and I imagine it may not be great for anyone who may struggle with photosensitive epilepsy. So I was hoping to possibly request that you don't include that in future videos? The flashing was especially bad in your video on auric fields to the point that I couldn't finish watching it 😢 Apart from that, I really enjoy learning from you! Thank you!

Hi Constance! I’ve been directed to you twice now from spirit as I’m looking for guidance on how to communicate with my nonverbal son via his highest self and/or through his guides or mine even. I feel a calling to this work to help other special needs parents learn how to communicate with their non speaking kiddos. I heard you note non vocal in this video but also spirit brought forward your clairaudient video where you told the story of speaking with the 16 year old girl that was immobile and nonspeaking and delivering her messages to her caregiver. Spirit is really putting this into my awareness so would love to see if you had other videos you could point me to? I just came across your videos a few days ago.
I have been binge watching three to four a day. I like to follow instructions closely, you gave homework on Opening Spiritual Communication.

I have had many spiritual experiences in my life.
The day after my dad's funeral I heard him call my name.
I have had prophetic dreams to the point that I asked my grandson if he and his young bride had anything to tell me. Because my deceased daughter came to me in a dream and introduced to a little girl.
They both immediately began denying the possibility, but I just shook my head.
Turned out less than a week later she took a pregnancy test on a whim and discovered she was indeed pregnant.
Once dreamed about two babies, later found out two granddaughtes were pregnant. And, I'm usually correct on the sex also.
These are hits that let me know that I have certain gifts and abilities.
I would like to hone them a little.
I've just always seemed to have a knowing.

Hi Constance, so I was just listening to your, "Things that go bump in the night", message on my phone. After the message I felt frustrated because you make it sound so simple and I want to connect so badly and feel like it's not happening. I have tried reiki and prayer but I am not where I'd like to be yet. In my frustration I wanted to ask you, "How can I unlock/tap in my Clairs?". So I put my phone aside because I felt guided to use my laptop to come to YT to find your page to ask that question in the comment section of any video. Well, THIS video was right at the top when I opened to my home screen before I could even go to your page LOL. How is that for synchronicity? At times I just jumped straight into my bed to close my head😂. Not funny but sometimes I see shadows or feel something touch me, other times I would feel a warm feeling in certain parts of my bedroom. So how to disconnect from that. Thanks again ❤

Did you say animals, as in deceased pets? My family’s beloved tuxedo cat Meester who thought he was a dog because he was always where the family was, and the way my house is built from the shape of the hall he’d sit there and my son (the youngest I am positive also has the 6th sense) really believed in his mind was keeping an eye over the family. At 15 he developed an aggressive cancer and went down fast and was such a vocal big boned integral member of the family it illogically felt he’d always be with us passed last year so can I check and see if he’s happy? And while he was vocal and I could talk to him and he’d meow back as LONG as I kept it up how would I know it was him? Would I maybe see him? Hear a meow? A year later and he’s still the background on my phone. That cat truly loved his family and he was special. We loved and still miss him.
And yes I’d baby talk to him. Lol. He had such a big personality.

@@constancemessmer I was a few minutes into the first video and subscribed. He doesn’t have to even meow. I just want to know he’s crossed over, content, waiting and knowing he was loved and we all miss him and talk about him all the time.
It would take too long to type but the day they noticed he was looking bad he rapidly declined. We stayed up all night knowing he’d have to go to the vet tomorrow and a strong possibility to be put down. He was everyone’s friend but when my youngest was 4 and now 20 he wanted a black and white cat and somehow I found one, so Austin was his favorite and they grew up together. Me, Austin, and his girlfriend Britni were all sitting in bed and he was on Austin. He struggled to get up and walk over to me, but he came and sat on my lap and of course I pet him and talked to him, 10 minutes he got up again and did the same to Britni before finally going back to Austin. This sounds crazy but I believe he knew he was dying and saying his goodbyes. I will definitely keep watching your videos and hope to learn from you and how to use my limited abilities to crank them up. Maybe 6th sense people all have things they do better than others or maybe some can do things that others can’t and vice versa. Thanks for responding. 💕
@@constancemessmer I’m not so sure if it’s possible cats have the 6th sense but cats are very in tuned animals. My mom and I both used to listen to Art Bell every night and when you enter my bedroom the dresser is a few feet away and for years he’d stare up in the exact place look up and meow for years so we called it the portal lol. It’s the same place I was making my bed when Austin was around 3 and I realized he was talking so I stopped and ask who are you talking to? We were the only ones home. Austin was sitting there and he said grandpa. That was his grandfather who he had never met and died years before he was born and I said what does he do with you and casually he said he plays with me. Austin had no knowledge of him yet he called him grandpa which is what the older grandkids called him that knew him. I’ll spare you a long list but I’m positive Austin also has the 6th sense and his pineal never closed. Too many mind blowing observations as he grew up and he isn’t one that’s spiritual but lucid dreams still and can astral project….things like that. My oldest never did anything to make me think he has it, but Austin was also a prayed for miracle baby as I had fertility problems having him and he is the walking embodiment of an answered prayer. 💕

Yes, cats are very conscious- I find many can converse with us on countless levels. I’ve been blessed with some cats in my own life and love those little critters!
I wrote a book, Some Dogs Talk. It teaches animal communication among the pages of fiction. Though most of the stories are pulled from own my life experiences.

When I lay down at night and close my eyes I can feel fingers or a hand touch parts of my body. I have also had my shoulders shook. The energy feels positive. I just don't know how to find out who or what they are trying to communicate.
I also get vibrations that seem to shoot through my head or arms and feel tingley.

Over a week ago, I felt something softly touch my toes, as if to awaken me from sleeping. It was at my usual wakeup time; 6:30-7:30am. It wasn't scary at all. And, I don't usually oversleep either.

It's very hard for me to communicate with spirit and I don't even know if Spirit acknowledges me in the first place sometimes I deeply feel like I don't even have any Spirit guides or any spirits on the other side I would like to consider myself deeply involved in chaos Magic I've been practicing a little bit over 10 years but I struggle with self-doubt and it's probably because I have very poor eyesight and I am considered legally blind meaning that even with glasses my vision can still not be corrected I was just wondering if it's even possible at all for somebody who is blind to even communicate with Spirits or do divination I would appreciate anybody's answer and thank you so much if you took the time out of your day to read this
What a great question!
There is so much in your query; let me just say, yes, YES and YES a blind person can connect! We have 11 soul senses that we can use to connect to spirit. Shift your focus to the other Clair's. They must be so strong in you!! Constance says. "We are all capable of developing our psychic/soul senses and our relationship with spirit realms." Her goal is to help you connect with your own abilities using all of your senses.
Having said that, I encourage you to go back and start at the very beginning of Constance's teachings. Her teachings are presented sequentially with each lesson building one upon the next. She often refers back to a time, place, experience, person or technique that she spoke of in a previous video. And we don't want you to miss anything! Constance has some great techniques for setting your intention, some of which are back at the beginning.
Setting your intention during meditation time is key to connecting with spirit.

I have brought your question regarding your blindness to spirit and have struggles with my own comprehension to the matter. Mostly, if someone else is sending you a clairvoyant image, your brain will translate and process it not so much as a picture-but, maybe in words-so that you can relate to it. Varying degrees of your physical visual abilities may be synonymous with your clairvoyant soul abilities. So, much like your other physical senses take over to navigate your physical life, due to your limited vision, it may/will be the same with your soul senses - clairvoyance taking a back seat and being usurped by other clairs to help you comprehend a message. It is because the brain is still the place to process the experience. And, if you have no history file of a clear visual physical experience that you can relate it to, your clairvoyance would/could be limited in that way also. But -That may all change - they say. So, when I ask them (spirit), how? They say you would almost have to force the image to mind: like, when you hold a cup and can feel the outline and “imagine it as a form you are seeing” this may help develop your sense of awareness clairvoyantly. Spirit is telling me there is a cross-over of form and feeling and seeing. (Bringing form to mind as a visual experience that engages the creative imagination, I think.) I don’t understand this much at all, @SaturnsGoat9. Do you?
I, personally, want to work on this more with spirit realm to help me comprehend how better to teach any development with all of this. I hope any of it has been in the least bit helpful to you.
