Zener cards are also good for clairvoyance practice. I used to use regular playing cards but not in the memory way, but by flipping the cards over really quick, using the colors and/or face value, i.e., black or red and the numbers, J,Q,K, A. The way you can tell your getting better is not only are you more accurate, but it goes by really fast! The flips get really fast! Its fun!

oh my gosh Constance! I'm at the point where you're talking about don't look at the clock when you wake up and it reminded me of something. I had a really fun experience where for one week straight, I would wake up, but still had my eyes closed and guess the time. And I would get it right every single time! until one day, I thought "oh it's only 5am I should go back to sleep", didn't bother opening my eyes and I hear a voice saying "actually it's 6.10am". I then look at my phone and it was in fact 6.10am 😂 was a fun experience but I got scared afterwards cause I started seeing symbols and names in my mind so I think I ended up repressing it 😢

That’s funny! I made an actual list of rules. Wrote them out and put them next to me while I was working my regular job lol I just experienced a kundalini awakening and spirit took away all my divination tools. Pendulum took to me immensely. It was wild how creative it got to give me messages. But I couldn’t get trickster energy out of my head every time I picked it up. They Told me I don’t need them anymore, time for my skills to increase the way you use them and teach. I use to be too scared. When I heard a man’s voice and music as a kid it petrified me. When I saw someone last year I freaked out so they backed off and came through as thoughts in my own voice and intense physical symptoms, but my intuition ramped up big time. Accuracy and animals responding to me. I told them I was ready… so I’ve been tuning into all that you create.

When I was younger I would look into my Grandmas mirror in her bedroom and ask who am I. Once you said that a light bulb went off in my brain.
I did this as well. What exactly does it mean when you do this?? . I would climb on top of a dresser and sit for hours. I was like 4 or 5 years 33:42

Thank you beautiful lady for all your energy❤ well most of the time I have headphones on I do certainly enjoy the times when we get to see you on the actual screen❤ I am curious as to whether you have had any physical happenings within your body that could have only come from Source energy? ❤❤ a few years ago after getting very serious about being conscious about my thoughts and emotions I experienced what could be nothing other than a shift in vibration upward❤ I was out walking my dog stepped off the road as I knew a car was coming by her reaction and it just that moment I felt what most people would have probably thought of as a seizure and then I recognized that it started at my feet and about the time it got to my calves I realized that then it was up at my knees and about that time I thought oh my God your vibrations Rising and about that moment it went out the top of my head and it was over with❤ what was interesting was that the car driving by was one of my friends who understands frequency and vibration and although I let her drive by and only waved I did send her a text when I got back to my car and said oh my goodness she would not believe what was happening as you were driving by😂 if I had not had my walking stick in my hands I no doubt would have hit the ground❤ then just about a year ago while happily driving into town staring up at the sky and the clouds floating in the sky I was all of a sudden taken over by an extreme sense of emotion like the middle of an emotional wave not the beginning it started in the middle and at the same time the emotion washed over me I'm thinking to myself you're not happy you're not sad you're just what the hell is happening I felt a physical Sensation that felt like somebody had rolled up a hula hoop a couple of times and then inserted it into my body and then let go of it😮❤😮 thankfully I was pretty much the only one on the highway and I just kind of coasted for a minute or so while I was able to gather myself❤ not long afterwards I had had a reading with one of my favorite mediums and when I asked her about that situation she referred to it as being touched by source❤❤ I'm not exactly sure why these things happen to me because I've never heard anybody speak of this kind of thing either situation😮 any input from you would be greatly appreciated❤

I find this subject so interesting and I have done so since I was a child. Now that I’m listening to you and watching your videos, I am now seeing shadows out of the corner of my eye, and when I’m thinking of some one who has passed that I know and love I get this weird sensation in my back like shivers but it’s like some one is behind me. Is that the “feeling” I get it rather a lot. I’m not seeing people in my minds eye or visions I just get a feeling.

Hello Dedra! Of course Constance has a hunch on what that is. And she doesn't like to give away the answers that are inside of you knowing. She wants you to source this yourself. Use your other psychic senses for discernment with this. What color was the bear? Did it have a smell? Where was the bear? Was there anyone holding the bear?
