Thanks for all of your videos! I don't believe any other channel has featured and analyzed the number of European real estate markets as you have, Giorgio. Don't stop now!
📍Nice video, love how you take your time to educate your viewers. Right now, I am enjoying a good life and touring round the world with what I made investing. Indeed ,building a Portfolio income(investing) through a licensed investment adviser is one out of many ways to earn passive income.

Such an informative comment!Hope it is okay with you and that you don't mind sharing tips on how to invest. I have watched a lot of videos on YT but still can't understand nor set my mind at one thing.
Hello Giorgio, as an American real estate investor I thought you might like to hear why I chose Tropea for my home rather than all the other options. Monetarily I invest in areas that are increasing in value rather than decreasing -low price doesn't equal value. Tropea has miles of the best soft white sandy beach, clearest clean water, most perfect water temperature, and more wonderful seafront restaurants and bars than I've been able to try in 5 years. Really? 140 of the best restaurants listed on Trip Adviser-all within walking distance. Every day is perfect weather, as I recall it rained on day this summer in 3 months. All the people I meet -visitors and locals are so friendly kind and happy to be there amongst the incredible beauty that is Tropea, like the sun setting on Stromboli Volcano or any of the thousand of spots I must stop and take a photo or vid of while walking around town. I thought when I chose Tropea it would be a great base of travel, where I could drive or fly to all of what Europe has to offer. I was wrong. When I arrive in Tropea with only 3 months to stay- the thought of being away even for a weekend in Paris or Monte Carlo or Venice or Rome is unbearable, I just don't want to leave
Hi Giorgio, again thanks for the detailed video. More often you start talking that some of the choices are with your own perspective in mind. Maybe some rudimentary scoring for towns would be in order? This way everyone could apply their value system to the town how you score it.
People talking about Tropea instead of Scalea as being best buying choice kinda miss the point this video! For current Tropea prices you could pick up a little place on the Amalfi coast which would be also tonnes easier to reach from US and rest Europe via Naples/Rome.. in contrast.. Scalea is right now a genuine low cost location in South Italy within striking distance from Naples (on main freccia line) and still value for money! It's got a lot residential units but buying on coastal front itself is coherent investment especially in current European climate which impacts prices. On side note: it's worth noting that Lamezia may be international but unless you are chartering your own plane the frequency and choice of flights is still extremely low - this is probably reason for that low price per sq. footage despite "proximity to international airport" cheers!
Carlos in all honesty a lifestyle purchase. That said prices are so low that there might well be some upside but if you buy it is mainly for a cheap lifestyle by the sea.

I love Tropea as well but unfortunately the prices are just a bit too expensive particularly for the region of Calabria at over 2,200 Euros per sqm.

thanks for your feedback kiwus87. I did do this I think for a Cyprus video Limassol v Larnaca so perhaps I may just extend this to other videos.

Great feedback R.Com. I am in full agreement with your comments on Tropea and Scalea.
you are not correct about prices though...prices in Tropea are around 2200€ per m2, Amalfi coast are over 3400€
Great video Giorgio
Like also the one with liguria properties. I am sourpirse not too expensive. But what about taxes on income?
Many thanks Olga. I am planning to do a more detailed video on buying property in Italy and taxes.
Thanks for the videos. Would you know a good site to locate properties in Scalea?
No problem, Matt. The sites I use are Idealista and immobiliare.it
Have you done any reviews on Mauritius, and would you consider Mauritius as an investment ? Thanks for your helpful videos. it is much appreciated. 👍
Thanks Stefan. I will be doing a video on Mauritius in the not-too-distant future.
@Save and Invest with Giorgio Loukas wonderful news, thank you Giorgio.
how about matching the images to your text?
Thank you for your feedback
Zambrone, Pizzo, Tropea are most beautiful coastline. I've been many times.
I love Tropea but unfortunately prices tend to be on the high side.
Hi Giorgio, do you think Scalea is a good investment or just a life-style investment?
Carlos in all honesty a lifestyle purchase. That said prices are so low that there might well be some upside but if you buy it is mainly for a cheap lifestyle by the sea.
the 2nd...
Well done
RIP headphone users at the end
