Mozart’s masterpieces always had almost empty staves at the beginnings with a simple tune like as if normal, then he would add one by one which takes over the prior tunes! And now I see the same here.
A sterling example of how you transform a simple basic tune into a masterpiece that could be easily brought to grandiose orchestral proportions. Absolutely magnificent.
I agree with some comments here saying it's about a journey from baby, toddler, and to grown ups. However, near the end there is a feeling of inner child still living within the person, despite all the struggle he/she has endured. It is a feeling of wanting to go back to the safe haven of innocence and pure affection.

I loved the music, however when the judges started talking I could NOT FOLLOW or understand ANY thing they were saying, and this is true when ALL foreign speaking versions of the talent shows are shown, and then Judges start giving their ideas and praises and sometimes constructive criticisms. It Just NEEDS to be said: PLEASE ENABLE TRANSLATIONS OF THE FOREIGN versions of the talent shows, as It is VERY PAINFUL and frustrating when you have NO knowledge of the country's Language and need to READ along to understand what is being SAID by People IN the Posted Video!!
I can't believe that they were ready to buzz him out. They should have known that the first chores was just an opener to something bigger. But I'm glad he composed it to get right into it before they buzzed him out. He played wonderfully.

This reminds me of a story from many years ago when a small child wandered onstage at a Liberace concert. To the horror of the child's mother, the child began playing "Chopsticks" in front of the audience, but instead of scolding, Liberace instructed the child to keep playing, and Liberace improvised a beautiful, impromptu musical arrangement to everybody's delight.

I loved every thing about this video! He toyed with them in the beginning. Played it basic so they caught on to what he was about to play then hammered it. Believe it or not, I do not know the language, and definately do not recognize it. Not sure how I picked this up but he identified the musical score as being self written, which amazed the panties off of Sarah. Then the blond lady reviewed what the other judges said giving a readers digest synopsis of what happened in a good way.
For me this version of "Twinkle² little star" is like a dream someone is unable to reach it shows someone reaching for the stars but no matter how hard he reaches he can never tpuch it, until one day he realized he has achieved more than ever and has already surpassed the stars he wanted to reach.
It as if all the great composers came together in his head and each inspired a piece of a simple song to a great composition, wow, I had to hear it several times just to see if this was real, or m still in shock
