Just subbed. First time watching your video and couldn’t stop laughing at your content. I looked so see how subs you had and was shocked when I saw 5k!! You deserve more keep it up
You ask in a later video what we'd like to see. In this video you run through this setup really quickly and those of us who have never played ATM it's not as intuitive. You explained very well how to keep the machines running but you didn't show how to configure all the machines input and output. Still loving what you doing.

Another early game power option, is if you have a tree farm, take the byproducts such as saplings and berries instead of melons. Not that melons are hard to get, but you’ll probably not do much with your tree farm byproducts, so might as well.

I love you man. You respond to hate comments with positivity, great character. I've been busting my head over why the power generation is so low on my build, turns out they cut ethylene power production by about 20x... in atm9 anyways keep up the great work
Originally, it was actually just completely removed. When I was with the team, I actually brought it back and buffed a ton of other power options, specifically from Powah. Make sure to check those out!

Hey Alfred, could you add quests for the space mod? I don't think many players will notice they can travel to space without quests showing them it's possible.
As soon as I learn how to do it myself, I definitely will!

@@sereq2134 I am the quest dev! I write the quests for the pack itself. There are a ton of mods, so it takes a good while to get all of the quests made, plus learning the mods itself!

@@AlfredGGMC did you know that Mekanism does not require a heat generator as you can put redstone in the machine’s energy slot. However the quests require that you get a heat generator to unlock the other Mekanism quests.

Make sure you set the proper output face in the config for the crusher, and also select the auto output items button at the top of that screen. You will then need to check the chamber and see if it has the proper input face set up

i need to ask, how you make it so crafting bench adds all the items you have when selecting recipe? mine doesnt :(
It's in JEI. If you search up the recipe, there should be a little + at the bottom right of the recipe. If you have all of the items in your inventory, you can click that and it'll create the recipe shape for you!

You can take the quartzite sand home and use a building gadget to place it quickly then keep breaking it over and over for the same chance to get nether quartz as in the nether

Yes, definitely you can. In a previous play through I made a quartz farm this way, using block placers and breakers. It's a bit messy, and not very efficient compared to other alternatives, but it's fun

I agree. In my actual plyathrough I've opted for create. Cobblestonestone generator -> crushing wheel to make gravel -> another crushing wheel to make sand -> encased fan with soul campfire to make soul sand from sand -> another encased fan with water to wash the soul sand into quartz/gold nuggets. And the byprducts of the process are gold nuggets (not a lot), clay (always useful for botany pots) and flint (not very useful)
You can run 6 gas generators with that setup if you use a few speed upgrades.

pro tip, quartzite sand is an infinite glitch for nether quartz. you should not throw it away.

You'll need an advanced upgrade to be able to use the filter!
What texture pack and shaders?
I use a mixture of either Complementary or ComplementaryReimagined! No texture packs tho.

This doesn't work, I've tried multiple variations tried doing same exact setup, did all the configs and somehow biofuel stops at my reaction chamber and nothing ever happens

i wish you would show how to make the watermelon farm rather than just cut to it being fully built
He has a whole video on the watermelon that shows you exactly how to do it and it still works in atm9
im so confused I tried it and nothing connects with eachother
Make sure to go into the config of each of the machines and set the proper inputs/outputs. I always wipe the initial config and then set it up based on how I have them facing. If you're using anything from the Pipez mod, make sure to shift-right click on the pipe to set it to extract if it needs to pull anything out.
What are your shaders?

If you're using a pipe from the Pipez mod, make sure to shift right click the end of the pipe that is connected to the sink to set it to pull. If you want it to power itself, you need to connect a power cable/pipe to the Gas Burning Gen on the front face, then make sure it wraps around to each machine. You will need some kind of power in the beginning without the Gen to get it started.
