- Eeek, this is a video that I filmed right before Christmas and shortly after I got the flu! I wasn’t able to edit it during the holidays but I had to upload it this week because my next video is going to be an update involving these covers. Of course, I had to also share this moment with you because I did do an unboxing for these covers when I first got them. You saw how excited I was and today’s unboxing will show how my cover has evolved. I am super excited to share how everything is going with my TNs next week.

This is gorgeous! I got the Galen leather passport insert last year to use as a wallet and was never 100% sold on it (and the zipper is kind of broken). At the same time, I’ve been hesitant to send my passport to BK from a cost perspective of shipping there and back. Did you have to pay duties when they sent it back to you? We’re going to Japan later this year, and I was thinking about getting it done at TSL, but I think they only modify new TNs?
I also have the Galen insert. Looking at this, I am thinking about how much less bulky my passport would be if I didn't need a wallet insert. I do enjoy the Galen, although I don't use the pen loop b/c it is too small for my multi frixion.
Yes, Kurashiki TSL only customizes new TNs purchased from their shop. I have heard they did make exceptions before to a few customers. It's never guaranteed. You're gonna enjoy Japan so much. Such a great place to visit!
