I am not a reader , but I need a e reader to browse website like Medium, Reddit ? which one is cheaper and good for browsing and pdf reading
any Boox will do the job because they are android. This tiny S2 cannot browse any website.

i heard the company is developing an international version that will be available on amazon, but it is not yet ready.

No and no. It is a very minimal OS. It was made for kids to “study without distractions” so it does not have any apps such as web browser. Just an ebook reader app and some learning-oriented apps like dictionary or vocabulary builder
Can you install Koreader on it? That's a cool device
no you cannot. maybe they will release a slightly more powerful version in the future that enables third-party apps
