It is based off of a man wanting to jump off a building
It's always been a suicide song...xD A really happy suicide song...
Guys, if you can see, a bajillion people already said it is a suicide song, saying it again won't change a thing
I GET UP.... AN NOTHIN GETS ME DOWN cause im already dead
+adrian5b hey did you know jump is actually about suicide?
I need full version of november rain in minor, please
Up
Adelia Khairunnisa sounds like Dream Theater
A bit Gilmourish
Start in a different fret.. you try..
it sound depressed as fuck lol want a full version so bad
It sounds so good, because the darker instrumentals with the rather positive lyrics and interval jumps create a melancholic feel
Damn, Every Breath You Take sounded like some straight horror movie music, lol.
😂😂😂😂lol. And this face with glasses. oh my...😂😂😂😂
It sounded like a stalk song or a rape song lmao
Jaymz Hetfield lmao )))
that is actually what it is about
sound like something Sonic Youth would do
Van Halen's Jump sounded like a ballad to suicide, lol.
It is a ballad to suicide though
Yeah? Originally? Guess I never really paid attention to it. Well, in any case, this version got the message across.
Kolot no it's not. It's basically saying "jump for joy" hence the line "nothing gets me down"
The whole idea of the song came from Eddie watching the news when there was a man that was about to jump off of a building, and "nothing gets me down" is referring to the police that can't get the jumper down from the building
It's probably a good thing they didn't play it in minor then.
Ground control to minor Tom
I just ran across this video. The Journey worked the best; it sounded freaking epic!!!! It had to be hard to maintain the minor key while doing these vocals because of how well-known these songs are.
Every breath you take sounds like a horror movie theme in minor
Aren't horror movie songs already in minor?
noot noot *every breath you take in minor sounds like a horror movie theme
What's really funny is that it's a stalker song. Sting said in an interview that he was shocked how couples told him it was "their" song and that they used it for their first dance after getting married.
I just watched the Jeopardy episode from Friday and they referenced this for a question. #ironymuch
I was just thinking that they could easily use it as a new horror movie "theme"
November rain solo in minor feels like you have a wife dead, twice
Isn't that Kratos?
Every Breath You Take became a black metal arpeggio.
Check out the metal cover for smg oldies but baddies contest, doom metal style
what is stopping musical artists from making all their songs in minor key!? they sound so beautiful
Blink 182 in Minor is so much better imo. They sound like Sum 41.
Alex Baribeault it’s actually closer to Alkaline Trio to me. Kinda ironic.
@@jaydenrock That comment deserved more XD
Stare 281 and Difference 14 are my favorite bands
If you feel that way you should check out their last few albums. Just saying.
Blink 182 in minor is The Offspring... kinda
So post punk is basically punk rock in a minor scale.
What's post punk
pop punk*
it seems so.
Post-Punk is like Punk but with some stuff from other genres thrown in.
Post Hardcore **
"The Reason" sounds so great in minor! it suits it so well
Every breath you take actually sounds pretty good
That Van Halen track goes from being about dancing to being a call to suicide. Jesus, key matters.
Pachelbel's Canon in Dm sounds metal as fuck, though.
thought the exaccct same thing haha
I thought jump was already about suicide
It is
Might as well jump.
kickblake yea. Summer of 69 sounds like a guy thinking about his memories and being depressed
Jimmy Eat World sounds awesome on minor
I thought so for sure! most all of these are improved withe minor change!!!!
Han Solo Feels a little Foo Fightery.

I think I'm also going to record November Rain in minor scale just for having fun and show some friends, loved it!
It sounds like the guitar has so much pain in his soul and is crying desperately.
Now make minor songs in major, it will be so freaking funny
Jared Dines did it
Everybody did it
Jared only did riffs in Major, not songs
I'd actually like to see him do November Rain with the Major bit in Minor and the Minor bit in Major
He already did
This is ridiculously good, major props to you
Minor props*
I had to, sorry.
+Lemon Boy Badoop haha
that was punny
Blink 182 turned into the Offspring.
Peeky Gunker lol so true
I didnt know this song and for me it sounds fucking good
Like The Kids Aren't Alright or something
That's what I said!!
Lmao. It's too true. xD
4:04 sounds 100%ly like an intro to a Russian song haha😂 I love it
november rain sounds like minor even in major 😂
PapunaOfficial november rain becomes minor in the second half. So this is why the music is so happy and full of hope in the first part (because is major at that point) and then becomes so sad and depressing (actually when i was a kid, i used to dislike this music because of the sadness lol)
