    Thank u doctor forr v good information. I have one doubt. Can diabetic eat sugar free chocolate s or sugar free juices which r available nowadays in tthe market. Coz they say tat ir dosnt contain sugar but maltitol

    Toori, Peas also increase sugar levels.
    Totally stopping eating Carbohydrates is also wrong as metabolism stops completely and no insulin is secreted, although we think insulin resistance has increased. So my diet plan is one meal a day with low carb diet.

    मला आज कमीत कमी 2006 पासुन म्हणजे वयाच्या सत्तावीसाव्या वर्षा पासून शुगर आहे आता माझी एन्जोप्लास्टी झाली आहे चार ब्लाकेज होते स्टे्न्ट तीनच टाकले आहे म्हणजे एक ब्लाकेज नाही काढु शकत नाही डॉ.तर मला डाएट प्लॅन देऊ शकता का माझी इन्शुलन्स चालु आहे मला शुगर नार्मल च हवी आहे मी गोड काही खात नाही तरी पण 236 शुगर आली आहे तरी मला आपले मार्गदर्शन हवे आहे
