Thanks, Rachit; I have a small doubt. So, count of churning modelling.csv; is it the same as the total number of customers? or is it the total number of records? For the visualization of total customers, do we have to take count of customer IDs?

I have a small doubt can you explain why the sum of active members and exited members is not equals to total no. of customers.

Hi, thanks!
I am not exactly sure about the meaning of active member, but my hunch is that a customer is deemed active if he/she has done a transaction in the last 3 months (or whatever the bank decides upon).
So an "inactive" member doesn't necessarily mean he/she has exited. Hope it helps.
