This is awesome! I have an N scale Model Train Layout and I had this idea of making a warehouse with no roof on it so a viewer could see inside of it. I was looking for an idea to make forklifts run around the warehouse looking like they are moving pallets around. This might be a way to make them do that.
If I were to add a magnet on the chain in a few places, I could retrofit the forklifts with a steel bearing and place the chain system under the floor of the warehouse. As the magnet runs around, it will attract the steel bearing and the forklift will sit on top of said bearing and get pulled around the warehouse! Maybe put the bearing in the pallet so the forklift gets pulled and stays in a forward direction... Even tho forklifts are rear-wheel steer, I think the effect of moving forklifts will outshine the fact that they aren't steering quite right. especially in N scale!

I’m a mechanical engineer who designs web-fed printing presses. Some highly complex continuous-web paper paths are present in industrial printing and converting equipment. Some so complex and compact that they cannot be re-threaded by hand and require special tools and automated chain/sprocket systems to pull the paper along its path. This video reminded me of the challenges we face at work.

Ok, I consider myself someone who’s moderately good at Lego builds… but this is another realm entirely. In my experience I’ve learned real well that Lego math/engineering is _incredibly_ finicky. Watching this, with nearly every little thing calculated, that includes the exact wall placements, exact gear placements, knowing exactly how many chain links to use, placing a dot on one just for viewer convenience, and on top of all of that, knowing all that in relation to the layout of the technic brick pieces (note the parts in the floor where there’s no technic hole because the pieces meet), and possibly having to account for that in every single one of those other calculations, this person must have superpowers. I don’t understand any other way something like this could be displayed.
And on top of _that,_ they made animations and music videos with it just to flex.
This is too good for RUclips. This belongs on national TV.

It is very finnicky, but as someone who has built things like fully teleoperational LEGO Nerf tanks, it's less calculated, at least for me, and more of a "I've got this idea. I've got an idea of what sort of pieces might work. Let's try the idea" and as you get experience your success rate with that approach simply goes up.
I think people overestimate how hard it is to begin doing this kind of stuff. It's not easy, but if you're anything resembling "mechanically inclined," it's not that hard to start making really crude stuff that still [does thing].

This world is rapidly passing away and I hope that you repent and take time to change before all out disaster occurs! Belief in messiah alone is not enough to grant you salvation - Matthew 7:21-23, John 3:3, John 3:36 (ESV is the best translation for John 3:36) if you believed in Messiah you would be following His commands as best as you could. If you are not a follower of Messiah I would highly recommend becoming one. Call on the name of Jesus and pray for Him to intervene in your life - Revelation 3:20.
Contemplate how the Roman Empire fulfilled the role of the beast from the sea in Revelation 13 over the course of 1260+ years. Revelation 17 confirms that the beast is in fact Rome. From this we can conclude that A) Jesus is the Son of God and can predict the future or make it happen, B) The world leaders/nations/governments etc have been conspiring together for the last 3000+ years going back to Babylon and before, C) History as we know it is fake. You don't really need to speculate once you start a relationship with God.
Can't get a response from God? Fasting can help increase your perception and prayer can help initiate events. God will ignore you if your prayer does not align with His purpose (James 4:3) or if you are approaching Him when "unclean" (Isaiah 1:15, Isaiah 59:2, Micah 3:4). Stop eating food sacrificed to idols (McDonald's, Wendy's etc) stop glorifying yourself on social media or making other images of yourself (Second Commandment), stop gossiping about other people, stop watching obscene content etc. Have a blessed day!

Now this is what lego is about. Engineering builds to test peices and learn more about its workings and discover potential new build techniques by pushing a peice to its limits. Amazing thing that lego is.
