is there a way say i have a page after the cover that has a dinosaur holding a sign and says this Dinosaur coloring page belongs to. my question is when I upload it and preview it the dinosaur isn't in color for that page how can i get just that page and of course the cover page to be color only and the rest normal color pages plain white like usual if that makes sense sorry english isn't the best ..

I learned alot about the colouring books. Thank you. I was curious about them. I use Bookbolt and I love it. It can take up to 72 hours and sometimes bit longer for KDP to actually publish books though.

The training's great! There are 12 videos, each with a lot of meat to them. Essentially, Neil covers how to create and sell a KDP book from start to finish, and he goes over everything you might think of! Would 100% recommend.

Great video! Curious, I noticed that you had one blank page after a coloring page. Is that the backside of the page with the coloring image on it? From what I've learned doing my research Book Bolt doesn't seem to do facing pages/ back to back design.
Great question! And yes, you’re correct. Book Bolt doesn’t do this automatically, so if you want to make sure that your coloring pages only print on one side of the sheet, all you have to do is leave an empty page between each design. I always do this, since then there aren’t any issues about the colors bleeding, it makes the book larger, and customers can also tear out the pages if they’d like and display them without having to worry about sacrificing the other coloring page on the back. Hope that helps! 💛

Do you need to change the images
I was wondering with bookbolt we can’t design the inside of the cover page, right?
So what’s called page 1 (Odd) in bookbold is the page on the right after opening it. Is that correct?
That would make page 2 (Even) and 3 (Odd) the first double page. Even numbers always being the left page and odd numbers always being the right pages….
I‘m asking because I would like to add the same colored frame to all the double pages (one double page is yellow, one blue etc.)
Please help me out here.

I don’t know everything about Book Bolt’s keyword research tool, but from my experience, yes! Using the provided keywords has definitely allowed my books to rank better and sell more quickly. :)

I just take a line, increase the thickness, change the color, and stretch it down the middle!
how do you upload the cover
This is awesome! Thank you! Question for these different niches do you use different publishing names? Thus far I've just been using my actual name. And if changing the publishing name does that negatively impact ownership in some type of way? Edit: and I noticed you used the keyword search as your title -- is that something that helps your books be located better? If you already have a video I'll definitely take a look. Thanks again!
So glad to hear this could help you! And yes, I do use different publishing names depending on my target audience! I started with my actual name in the beginning, and then I started using names that ended in things like "Press" or "Publishing" to look a bit more professional. Doesn't negatively affect your ownership at all! And yes, I almost always put my primary keyword as the title to help it rank better. Hope that helps!!

How do we avoid getting flagged for duplicate content if we use bookbolt. Isn't everybody using the same stuff?
Odds are super low of that happening, but ultimately, just make your content unique! Add a fun border, create a "This Book Belongs To" page, change up the order, add in different coloring pages from other sources, etc. You've got tons of options!

I made one and downloaded the CMYK file. But when I tried uploading it to Amazon KDP, it said “Error processing interior there was a problem processing your interior. Please check your file and try again”. How do you convert the zip file to a .pdf?
Hmmm, interesting error here. Your PDF should just be downloading as one full PDF. Try extracting the zip file, and see if your full PDF is inside! If not, feel free to reply back. :)
premium is 60 bucks now a bit pricey for my blood since I also have a pro version of Canva and Kittl think I'll stick with the pro version.

Yes, it's the next level up! I had the pro version beforehand as well.
There is no Book Bolt Premium, at least in the location where I am at.. It's either the standard version for 9.99 per month, or the Pro version for 19.99 per month

Hey Sarah, can you explain a bit more about using a different publishing names in another video. I tried to keep my notebooks separate from my kids books by using a different name and got rejected as was told my customers would be confused?? IDK
I'm honestly not sure what Amazon's standards are regarding author names. I've been getting that error a lot as well! But then I just go back and change it to something else, and it typically goes through. Usually adding "Press" or "Publishing" or something like that will help a lot too!

Hey Sarah, I have the premium graphics and for some reason bookbolt isn’t letting me upload them, I did it exactly how you did it. Do you know why this might be?

Ah, you've got the pro version! I'm referring to the premium plan, which is a little harder to find and an additional $10 a month. You can find it here: sarahproofreads.com/book-bolt-premium. Hope that helps!
Do you feel the only way to be successful with graphics is by purchasing the premium plan?
Definitely not the only way! I just think it can be much more difficult to create the graphics on your own, though you still can. Creative Fabrica is also excellent when it comes to graphics, so absolutely check them out as well :) (sarahproofreads.com/creative-fabrica). Hope that helps!

Nope! It's automatically copyrighted. In standard high-content works, a copyright page is usually considered a fail-safe, since it's not technically necessary but discourages art theft. :)
